Blue Sapphire carers enabled dad to live in his own home for as long as he possibly could. They helped lift his spirits during some very sad times - after the
loss of his wife and further family illnesses. He valued their friendship, warmth and good humour.

I am very pleased with the care provided by Blue Sapphire Care. The carers are lovely and it allows me to go to work or to go out and have some free time to myself which I really appreciate and mum likes the carers
and is very content. Thanks for everything it really makes a difference to both our lives.

Mum was in independent living however required assistance for food shopping and weekly cleaning. I found the whole experience with Blue Sapphire to be very positive. Communication was very clear on both sides, and if changes needed to be made enough notice was given to either party. Staff that were
assigned to mum have always been very helpful, caring and understanding with her dementia and mood swings.

All of my husband's carers are gentle with him. They show us every day that they care by never rushing him by treating him kindly and most importantly, by listening to us both. Nothing is too much trouble for them and my husband has built up trusting relationships with them all.

I am always informed about any worries any of the carers have concerning my husbands skin or general well-being. They are kind and considerate and take

I can highly recommend Blue Sapphire Care, they have been caring for my disabled father for quite a while now. He needs 2 carers, 4 times a day and each of these carers have always been wonderful and caring. I can't fault them, they're very friendly, very attentive to my father's needs, arrive on
time and have great communication with me.too. I have a big peace of mind that my father is receiving the best care, a big thank you to them!

I had used Blue Sapphire Care before for my late wife, and had rated them very good then so when I knew the same company still operating I signed up for my own limited care needs.
I expected a good service and in the relatively short time I have had them, I have found them to be very good.

All the staff are friendly polite and caring, which is very welcome, and try very hard to be prompt, even when traffic and travelling present issues.

I have two different sitters to sit with my husband, who has dementia, so I can get some time on my own. They are both friendly, helpful, and cheerful and offer me help and assistance whenever I need it. They are also a useful source of information for dealing with people with Alzheimer's and I
value their opinion. They are both always willing to go the extra mile and are sensitive and understanding to the needs of both myself and my husband. I couldn't fault either of them in any way.

A year ago I was new to getting care support at home for my mum who has Alzheimer's (at that point still awaiting a formal diagnosis). It was all a bit daunting but the Blue Sapphire team was so helpful in getting the care set up. Mum was completely against carers coming in, having been extremely
independent all her life. The lovely carers have gently, gently won her over and become part of her day. There is laughter alongside any tasks being done. All calls are logged on an app so you can view what has happened - almost in real-time. I receive a phone call in case things are not quite right. Just last night the senior carer on duty did an additional welfare visit to check on Mum as we had some concerns. It is very reassuring. If I have an issue, I raise it with the owner and it is resolved. I am very happy with the service being provided and highly recommend Blue Sapphire. And I am truly grateful for everything they are doing for Mum.

Having had experience with several care companies, Blue Sapphire stands head and shoulders above the rest. It is a long-established, very efficient, and extremely well-managed company. Staff retention is very high, giving a reassuring continuity of care to both the clients and families. All
potential carers are stringently checked, not just for their skills, honesty, and reliability, but for the suitability of their personal traits to be sensitive to the needs of some very vulnerable people. Each day, carers send to the office a digital record of everything they have done with each client. This record can be viewed at any time by families. My husband’s carer is typical of the standards this company insists on. She is always immaculate, punctual, and cheerful. She is always sensitive not just to his bodily needs but his mental ones too. She is thorough, kind, and efficient. My husband could receive no better nor more uplifting care. My trust in her is total.

All the staff are competent and engage with the client. They also engage with myself, the husband of the client, answering any queries and advising me of anything that can be beneficial to the client. A very pleasant group of staff.

I am new to care provision and was quite anxious about having carers in my home. However, Blue Sapphire have provided wonderful people for my care who treat me with respect, dignity and friendliness. My confidence has grown and I now look forward to their visits. They always arrive with a smile and
a cheery positive attitude and nothing is too much trouble.
I feel it is really important to see the same people every day as far as possible. Blue Sapphire has tried hard to achieve this and this is why I now feel more confident with my carers. The relationship between the client and carers is key to care in the home. I feel we have come a long way and my anxiety has disappeared.

I am very pleased with all the care my mother receives from Blue Sapphire.
They have looked after all her needs for the past year and are very consistent.
Mum had a fall recently and the carer stayed with her until the paramedics arrived which I am very thankful for.
The office keep in touch to
see how Mum is and once home again I know she will be in good hands, like one big family.
I cannot recommend Blue Sapphire highly enough.
