Very happy with all the help I receive, would reccommend Blue Sapphire everytime.

Mum has built some lovely relationships with the carers, is very comfortable with them and enjoys the conversation. They have been a positive influence in her life and enabled her to stay in her home which we all appreciate.

They have been consistently reliable, caring, understanding and compassionate and have treated him with respect and dignity. I couldn't have asked for more from them. I cannot recommend them enough.

I am very pleased with the care my daughter receives from Blue Sapphire. She has formed good relationships with her carers and I feel happy with the care they provide. Emails and queries are dealt with promptly and staff are friendly and approachable.

Overall very good just one small concern, mums appointment times change without us being informed or asked if this is convient or not. But as I say overall the carers are very kind and helpful to my mum

I am very pleased with the care provided by Blue Sapphire Care. The carers are lovely and it allows me to go to work or to go out and have some free time to myself which I really appreciate and mum likes the carers and is very content. Mum was in independent living however required assistance for food shopping and weekly cleaning. I found the whole experience with Blue Sapphire to be very positive. Communication was very clear on both sides, and if changes needed to be made enough notice was given to either party. Staff that were assigned to mum have always been very helpful, caring and understanding with her dementia and mood swings.

1st class, all staff have great knowledge, very caring, understanding and patience.

All of my husband's carers are gentle with him. They show us every day that they care by never rushing him by treating him kindly and most importantly, by listening to us both. Nothing is too much trouble for them and my husband has built up trusting relationships with them all.

I can highly recommend Blue Sapphire Care, they have been caring for my disabled father for quite a while now. He needs 2 carers, 4 times a day and each of these carers have always been wonderful and caring. I can't fault them, they're very friendly, very attentive to my father's needs, arrive on time and have great communication with me.too. I have a big peace of mind that my father is receiving the best care, a big thank you to them!

Wonderful service! My elderly mother is so well looked after during visits from a member of the fantastic Blue Sapphire Care team, each and everyone is warm, attentive and gentle.
