An outstanding service, very well run and organised. Very good communication with clients and responsive to needs. All carers are very pleasant and professional, and nothing is too much trouble. Can find nothing negative.

I can't imagine a better organization. There are occasional minor administrative problems - because we are all human - but they are quickly resolved and they are gracious when faced with my occasional lapses. Bowland are a warm caring organization - very focused on caring for their clients and also
very flexible in how they provide that care. We have been with them for something like 10 years.

Excellent care, very friendly, completely put my parents at ease with their first experience of needing a carer, thank you so much, Molly. I would definitely recommend Bowland Care, and they are very reasonably priced.

Our family feels so fortunate that our lovely Dad was cared for by Bowland care staff for the time before he passed away. He was very reluctant to accept carers but very quickly realised how much it helped him. All the staff were so caring, professional and polite and went above and beyond to get to
know Dad, his interests and hobbies etc. one of the managers even brought Dad some seeds for him to plant in his garden. When Dad had a spell of being very unwell, care was increased quickly. It was so lovely to have the extra support for Dad and gave us increased peace of mind. We wholeheartedly recommend Bowland Care.

I received excellent care and companionship from the carer while I was immediately post-op. The person helped me enormously to adjust to the restrictions of being back home and was so positive and efficient that my spirits were lifted and I made a very good start to my recovery. We chatted as we
worked out a routine and all my needs were thoughtfully and conscientiously dealt with. Every detail that was identified was cheerfully sorted. It was an excellent experience all round.

For the last 8 years Bowland Care have been my care providers. I feel that they have looked after me both professionally & also in a supportive manner, by always taking my needs into account and providing the best care accordingly.
I regard a lot of my carers, who take care of me as my friends..

Very happy with the care you have provided for my Mum. The regular visits give mum regular contact with people which is paramount for her condition. It also gives us piece of mind knowing someone is looking out for her.

I have used Bowland Care Services for the care of my mother who has dementia for over 5 years now. They have been able to assist hugely when circumstances have required more help, particularly as problems have occured and the care provided needs to change. All the staff are very caring, thoughtful
and professional and I am very happy with the service we have received to date. I am happy to recommend Bowland Care Services.

I cannot rate Bowland Care Services highly enough, they were wonderful from the very beginning, so kind, dignified for my father and went to every effort to get to know him which was all passed on to the carers.
The carers were always on perfect time even in the first week when it must be
difficult to fit a new client in, they were kind, considerate and empathetic. Dad was very happy with them and they cared for him to a very high standard. Really excellent company I would recommend with great confidence.

The care and support we received from Bowland Care was exceptional - from initial contact to assessment and through to the personal care for my terminally ill father all the staff were very caring, professional and friendly. Communication was very good - we knew in advance about the scheduled
visits. The staff were also very good at advising of where additional/different support might be more suitable. Very happy to recommend Bowland Care as a provider.

Initial contact with Bowland Care Services was friendly and encouraging. My husband had a stroke, and he is unable to communicate plus is nonverbal and requires incontinence care. Bowland care staff are polite, efficient and punctual. They treat the patient with dignity and the bathroom is left tidy
after use. I am happy with the services of Bowland Care Services.

So glad we chose Bowland Care who have been caring for my husband the past 3 years. All staff in general, with a couple of blips, which were dealt with swiftly, have shown excellent care and compassion to both my husband and myself. Very friendly and professional team.

Since having my carer 3x a week, my mental health has become more positive, and my social life has improved alot more. Where I can have family and friends around. My home feels alot more relaxed and tidy. I feel I have a good relationship with my carer, and I can talk anytime, day or night, about my
emotions and if anything is troubling me.

I've been with Bowland for two weeks now, and I've found the staff to be friendly, efficient and caring.
They have been very prompt with very little changes, unlike my previous care firm.
They organised my transfer to them very quickly and professionally in light of my forthcoming hip replacement
surgery.

Bowland Care started to provide care for my mum in September 2022. My mum lives with myself, my husband and our four children. Initially, I was very worried about having strangers coming into my home, but I knew that Mum's care needs were too complex for us to deal with. I have been absolutely
amazed by the carer's kindness, thoughtfulness and compassion towards Mum (and to be honest towards our whole family). Each carer acts in a professional manner and shows genuine care and compassion during every visit. Procedures are always strictly adhered to, such as completing the care plan, which is regularly updated as Mum's care needs alter. I feel that I completely trust each and every carer, and Mum has two carers four times a day, equalling multiple careers coming into and out of our home. Bowland Care has enabled my mum to remain at home, maintain her dignity and feel safe, secure and well cared for at all times. I cannot thank them enough.

We have been lucky enough as a family to have Bowland's carers looking after my mother for several years, after a road accident and an operation that left her with disabilities. My mother is in her mid-80s and has been adamant that she wanted to stay in her own home. Bowland were able to tailor
their care so that we could fulfil our mother's wishes for many years, until the recent onset of Dementia. Bowland's manager and carers and are so kind, patient and helpful and have always gone above and beyond to support my mother with a huge range of issues. They have been responsive and flexible 24-7 when situations have suddenly changed and also when emergencies have arisen. Bowland are a truly wonderful team and we will be forever thankful for their exemplary services, help and kindness.

The carers provided by this company are excellent. Mum is extremely difficult to please, and has sacked many people in the past. She has been delighted with them, and will miss them dearly when she moves into Residential Care (too unsafe to be at home now). Highly recommended.

Bowland Care provided 24/7 care for my mum who had dementia and this meant we were able to keep her at home until she passed. They supported us for almost two years and provided excellent care through this time. The carers were professional, caring and supportive and we could not have asked for
more. The management is very supportive.

Overall I find the service very good. I would have marked the options one level higher than I have just because there have been exceptions, however, problems etc have usually been resolved quickly especially if they concerned staff. However, I mainly have one member of staff who is absolutely
exceptional and goes above and beyond what is expected. Re the value for money - I do feel charging double of Bank Holidays is unreasonable when staff receives only a minimal amount extra.
