Carers Direct currently provide care for my mum, the staff are friendly, punctual and reliable. They understand my mum's personal and cultural needs and are caring and passionate about the care they deliver. The owner is very approachable and constantly looking for ways and means to improve. There
have been times when extra help has been required and the owner has gone out of his way to accommodate my mum's needs often at short notice.

My wife has used this service, and I recommend this company who are looking for care workers to look after your loved ones. Carers Direct Homecare is a quality service provider and has got carers who speak multiple languages. We met two care workers who used to visit my wife at home. We requested
someone who spoke Punjabi language and can visit on time. The company provided brilliant Punjabi Speaking carers. They were never late and were professionally trained. They behaved nicely. I had no worries while they looked after my wife.
We contracted for a short period of time because I was going away to India for 5 months and recruited them for nearly 6 months. This was a short contract but I am happy everything went fine. They had availability and said yes to my requests. If you are also looking for something like this, just request them and you'll be worry-free. This is my personal opinion and recommendation. They are well managed, responsive, safe, effective etc.
