My experience was most satisfactory. A lot of care was taken to ensure that the carers sent to me were friendly, agreeable and are quite cosmopolitan in an agreeable way.

For over 2 years I have enjoyed very good care from Bluebird with only an occasional admin problem - changing times of visits without prior discussion. All carers are excellent & obviously well-trained & competent. Splendid!

I have been using Bluebird for nearly a year now, since Oct 2024. I have been very pleased with all the carers that were sent to me. They were all pleasant and helpful and followed my instructions. I am very particular about my food and they all prepared my meals exactly as I wished. I like to be taken out every day for shopping and to spend time in the Porte nearby rain or shine. They have all been good at pushing my wheelchair. Their supervisors have all replied promptly with my requests and regularly contact me to check that everything is fine. I know that one gets what one pays for. My only problem with BB is that it is very expensive. But I am getting an excellent service.

Bluebird has looked after my husband's needs for care for many years, during which time his needs have evolved. Bluebird have been unfailingly responsive, and the carers ahve been excellent: expert, empathetic, and people it's been lovely to have around and who have made it possible for my husband to stay at home. Any problems have been resolved quickly, and the supervisory structure is excellent. We count ourselves very lucky, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Bluebird Care and their carers have looked after me beautifully. I would like to compliment my regular morning carer by name but I won't! She, and all the ladies who have looked after me, is kind, friendly and helpful. Full marks! My only tiny quibble is the length of time it took to activate the debit card. But all in all, I'd recommend Bluebird Care to anybody.

Brilliant company, the care and compassion that is shown to my uncle is amazing. Everything is taken care of from hospital appointments to taking him shopping for clothes. I cannot recommend this company enough. As I live quite for away from my uncle, it's so reassuring to know that his needs are met every day, he's always showered, fed and warm, he is a happy man. Every carer is on point.

Had a fantastic experience for my 95-year-old mother. The assistants were patient and caring, the management was always available and very responsive. It was an excellent experience and a real pleasure working with you. Can't thank you enough for all you did!

Right from the very beginning, a very positive experience. Telephone calls and meetings set up very promptly. Most impressed by the professionalism, training, friendliness and level of support from the staff. Nice to be able to talk to staff about problems and techniques. Care tailored to individual needs and schedules during visits.

I am very pleased with Bluebird - the support, the very friendly and practical help they give to my husband's condition and way of life and the knowledge that they are there for me. My husband really enjoys his experience and I enjoy the peace of mind - thank you.

I am the guardian of one of your clients who lives in sheltered accommodation in the Westminster area. I live in the South West and, due to being remote from the person I am a guardian for, find the services of Bluebird Care critical for the safe management of her care. We have always found the care provided very good and your Care Managers are always extremely responsive to any queries or difficulties that may inevitably arise. The client has recently had an unfortunate accommodation issue that resulted in significant disruption and distress. The care team at Bluebird Care stepped in and definitely went the extra mile to bring the situation under control quickly and efficiently; so minimising the impact and distress for the client. The care, dedication and professionalism of the carers and managers who dealt with the situation was second to none and has been hugely appreciated.
