My mother had the misfortune to be given a carer from this Agency from Social Services. Appalling care. No checks were made, staff were rude and uncaring, nothing was done. At one stage, my mother had shopping delivered and the 'carer' left the shopping in the hallway with perishable goods in it for
3 days. Says as much about they Council as well for dealing with these people.
