Red Rose Care have been supporting my Mum since September, supplementing the care I am able to provide and also enabling me to have a day off each week. The carers are on time, professional and Mum enjoys her interactions with them. The carers are trustworthy and the standard of care provided is
very good. The management team are extremely well organised and this gives me considerable peace of mind. Overall, our experience to date with Red Rose Care has been excellent.

I was recommended Red Rose and wouldn't look anywhere else. The carer's are always punctual and will call if they have any questions or concerns about care needs. They are consistently kind and compassionate to my mum, taking the time to chat with her as well as attending to any cleaning needs. I
receive detailed, thorough updates via the app after every visit, which is incredibly reassuring. They give both my sister and me real peace of mind, I would highly recommend them for your loved ones.

Red Rose have been caring for my husband for over 12 months. The carers are amazing and so patient with him. The weekly rota we receive means we know who is coming and at what time. They are happy to do any housework that is needed, and always ask if anything needs doing. Changes are communicated to
us, and the office team are contactable and will work with us to address any concerns. We would struggle to keep him at home without them, they go above and beyond just providing care.

I am delighted with the whole service that Redrose provide. They are polite, courteous and very helpful. They manage to get all the tasks done in the alloted time and help out more if they can.
If I had one critisism it would be a wish for the same carers to attend more of the time.

Red Rose took over mum's care in November. We had previously used two other care providers. So, we have experience of a few care providers. The decision to move to Red Rose has been the best decision on mum's journey so far. The carers are consistent and on time always. We get a full report of mum's
day. She has dementia so can't share this with us, it lovely to know what's she's been upto and how well she's eaten. The carers interact well with mum, encouraging her to help in daily tasks. They take time to complete jigsaws and colouring with her. They even take her for a walk and a cuppa at our local cafe. They treat her as if she was a family member. We have recently increased her hours with them as the care is outstanding and mum is much more settled.

I find Red Rose easy to communicate with and good at what they do. If there are ever any issues they act quickly to solve them. The carers are, on the whole, excellent and are chatty and friendly. Red Rose are always willing to accommodate any additional needs we may have and are a lovely company to
deal with.

Red Rose are the best provider we have used. However, change of staff, inexperienced staff and numerous mix ups have proved to be very challenging.
The management team are hard working and will always work with you to try and resolve issues. There are a number of consistently caring, regular
staff, we couldn't be without. They are truly amazing. However, the constant changes, number of different and zero experienced staff, have meant constant inconsistencies, mistakes, below average care (from some) and total chaos on occasion.
We would still recommend RR before any other care providers (and we had many before RR)
This review does not apply to all staff.

Everyone has been so lovely with my mum and its reassuring to know that mum's eating and drinking and being checked on. The app is amazing I can check what's she's eaten etc. Plus the staff make sure she's got her lifeline on..

My father has significant health issues and often receives new medication. The team of carers documents, check and rechecks that the medication is correct and on occasions, brings to my attention any anomalies. When a problem is identified, I am able to contact the team quickly and talk to somebody
about the problem, which is dealt with, or I gain clarity on the matter. I consider this team outstanding because they care for the people they support and respond to changes in circumstances immediately.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the office team who listened to all of my concerns. The initial home visit put my mother's mind and rest about having people in her home. All the carers have been very good and my mum looks forward to seeing them which is great. The daily feedback is
very useful and reassuring knowing that mum is well and ready for the day. Any questions / queries I have had have been dealt with by the office team and Iam very pleased with the service we are receiving.

My mum is very very happy with all the carers, all very friendly and helpful.. I am very happy with the app it means I can check if my mums had a vist and know that she's eaten.. the app is in such depth as to what each carer has don. Which is reassuring.

My parents only agreed to be cared for by Red Rose since January and they were quite apprehensive at first but now they look forward to the carer's morning and evening visits. The staff are so friendly and whilst doing all the tasks required they still find time to have a good chat with them and I
love the app which I can look at to check what they've had for there meals and if all the tasks have been done and if the carer has any concerns and any problems they don't hesitate to call

After a few issues at the beginning a face to face meeting with ur managers resolved the issues and it is now working well.the only difficulty sometimes when the rota changes at the last minute I may have to alter my meal choice as not everyone is adept at cooking.

Dad has been with Red Rose Care for the past two months. We are absolutely delighted with the 1st Class treatment that Dad receives on a daily basis. Every carer takes time to chat to Dad, reassure him and treat him with kindness and respect. The office staff are also extremely helpful and nothing

Overall, happy with Red Rose Care. Sometimes the timing of visits is a bit off and think there is a lack of communication sometimes between what times should be coming and whoever does the rotas.
Sometimes Mum's tablets are given to her in the morning when she hasn’t eaten anything and should be
taken after or with food.
All in all though, happy with care and some lovely staff who take the time to just have a nice chat with them.
