The ladies that come in the morning have made my confidence grow. They wipe the sides in the kitchen and are always happy to do anything asked of them. They are polite and always treat me with respect.

The team at Solihull Home Care are helpful and friendly and has made the process of finding care assistance for my parents much easier. The carers are all so lovely, and my dad gets on well with them; they are professional but also friendly and have a joke with him, which he loves.

Over the last three and a half years, Solihull Home Care provided support for my wife. In the final years, this occurred three times each day. I cannot fault the service that was provided or recommend the carers highly enough. At all times, they were professional but always cooperative and helpful.
Their kindness and consideration for both my wife and myself were incredible. Such nice people!
One of the advantages of being a relatively small company is that the care team became well-known to both of us, which made their visits feel more sociable. Another advantage is flexibility. One phone call to ask for a change often resulted in it being implemented the next day and always by the next week.

Satisfied with the care provided, even if some carers are inexperienced and have to be told of the same duties.
I'd like to have plans in advance, so we can use the meals from the more experienced kitchen staff.

Excellent staff group, with some very experienced individual carers that set an even higher standard of personal care skills. Reliable service; very friendly and helpful office managers too, which is all part of the package.

Literally don't know what we do without these angels! They have saved our lives and provided much-needed care, companionship and friendship. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable. They will always help with whatever is needed. They truly know exactly how to look after those that need it the most.

Very helpful regarding the organisation of care, and extremely pleasant staff regarding all aspects of their job. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they give you confidence on the way forward.

A very good company. Punctual, pleasant, friendly, efficient, caring and conscientious. They have responded to my needs as they have changed. They are easy to communicate with and respond quickly.

Carera very so much in connecting - keeping an eye on supplies ie, running low on food, toiletries etc. Lack of communication poor speech (ie masks). More attention to kitchen and bathroom - bed making etc.

To me, this company is second to none. I am very satisfied with all aspects of care. They are very professional, always well dressed and so very kind.
