My mother had a carer from Next Care Ltd to cover a holiday period. The carer was excellent. The service provided was top class for the money paid. I have booked this agency again for later in the year. I would recommend this agency.

I am very pleased with Next Care Ltd, they look after my mother and father very well. All of their staff are very caring, kind and take great care looking after my parents personal needs.
The staff are very reliable and punctual with their time keeping, they have never been late or missed an
appointment.
We also get the same carers every day/weekends, which makes it much easier for my parents and the carers have got to know my parents well, which has been a great benefit.

Next Care Ltd, totally professional care provided at all times. Showed compassion and treated my mother with complete dignity and understanding quite often going the extra mile providing an excellent standard of care. Would potentially recommend the manager and her team at Next Care to anybody who
was in a situation needing a reliable, friendly and extremely caring company.

The care received was of the highest standard. We were always assured that my mothers well-being was the main priority. When mum became bedbound the manager and her team cared and managed her so well, we always felt confident.
If mum was having a bad day the manager used to text us and let us know
so that one of us could pop over. All in all, excellent care, would definitely recommend

Next Care Ltd was only there for about six to eight weeks, they took over at very short notice i found them to be very good i had lots of times when they came and had 3 care companies and Next Care Ltd by far the best that i came across 10-10.
