We started using the service a few months ago. The care provided is not just about the user themselves, but helped support and take pressure off family members.
From day 1 it was clear the knowledge and experience of the carers and management team was a step above the rest. They took away the
headache and uncertainty of what we required and provided a comprehensive package of care. Giving my dad back his independence and providing him with support and confidence to continue living in his own home.

We are so very glad that Mam and I chose Alice Chilton for Mam's Care, they are absolute Angels. Mam has had the Carers coming from Alice Chilton twice a day for nearly 18 months now. I can not praise them enough! Everso caring and with such empathy and so professional.
Mam is so happy and
comfortable with them. It is so lovely to hear her nattering away to the Carers when they visit and with such continuity of the Carers- a great rapport is formed. Thank you.

Being the main carer for my father, who had dementia, my mother and I decided to contact Alice Chiton In-Home Care Services in order to have a few hours respite each week. I found them very approachable from initial contact and very understanding when it came to explaining my fathers needs aswell as
our own. Their staff members are very knowledgeable and genuinely empathetic in their approach to my father giving myself and my mother great confidence when going out and leaving them at home.

As a temporary package after a hip replacement it was wonderful. The sleep and confidence I needed was provided at all times and as a result of the excellent support, I was able to function on my own at home after two weeks support. Would highly recommend Alice Chilton and would not hesitate to
enlist their support again, if needed in the future.

Mum is 82, in her own home and has Alzheimer's. She is very independent. My sisters and I were concerned by her increased anxiety and low mood. Alice Chilton In-Home Care Services approach is completely person-centred. In December 2024, we had a home visit by a rep, who skilfully listened to us. The
rep helped us have this delicate conversation with Mum. She explained services, answered queries and helped us agree a plan - carers visiting 1hr a day, 3 days a week, from January. We no longer feel alone caring for Mum. In the 1st 2 weeks, Mum was resistant to the visits but they kept coming! Speaking to Mum after the visits she spoke of enjoying seeing someone. 2 weeks on Mum is happy about the visits and her general attitude and well-being are much more positive. After months of not feeling up to go shopping, Mum is now up and ready to go when we arrive. This is massive! We're optimistic that the visits will only continue to improve Mum's life and in turn ours. We're all, already feeling much less anxious and more relaxed.

The speed and efficiency with which home support/care was put in place for my mum was fantastic. At the time we didn't know how much Mum would be able to do and all the staff who visited to help and assist her were wonderful in allowing her to remain as independent as possible but safe and
understanding. One staff member in particular built up a very quick and positive relationship with my mum, putting her at ease and assisting with the things mum found tricky. We cannot thank Alice Chiltern and all the carers enough. If we ever need help or support in the future you will be our first port of call. Thank you so very much.

Alice Chilton In-Home Care was highly recommended by a close friend. From the moment they arrived, they fitted into our home and we thought very much that the care given to my husband, and also the support for me was excellent. Always on time. No complaints. We are sorry we have had to say farewell,
but my husband is in need of health care at present as his health declines.

We needed to find carers for our parents and after meeting a few providers we chose Alice Chilton. We were impressed with their interest in our parents and their immediate understanding of what they needed. The carers gained the trust of our parents quickly despite their initial uncertainty about
having strangers in their home. They provided care and support with enthusiasm, patience and most of all concern for our parent's well-being and dignity.

My father became increasingly immobile and Alice Chilton was a great help in enabling him to continue living in his own home before he had to move to a care home.
Regular visits of three times a day provide support with getting dressed, meals and cleaning. The carers were excellent, with
particular mention to one lady, who was his favourite. As much as anything, they brought warmth and companionship which really helped with his mood.
Nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend Alice Chilton to anyone who is considering using their services.

My mum needed extra support in the mornings because of declining health and started using Alice Chilton In-Home Care Services. They quickly became indispensable to her morning routine helping with anything and everything she asked them to do. They were always cheerful, reliable, professional and
hardworking. I live far away from my mum and it was a great comfort to know how well she was looked after.

After a consultation with the resident care manager from Alice Chilton I quickly realised that this company was different and they actually listened and could meet my specific needs.
They seemed to understand that although I had debilitating injuries sustained after an accident, I wanted and
needed to develop my independence with very clear goals.
I have received this level of care now with two visits per week from two different members of staff. They have always been totally professional, excellent timekeepers and supported me to reach my personal goals, this will hopefully allow me eventually to return to my original lifestyle. Thank you!

I am extremely impressed with the level of care that my father receives from Alice Chilton. Carers are on time and completed all tasks that have been requested, as well as additional ones as and when needed. Office staff are very responsive to any requests we have. I cannot recommend Alice Chilton
highly enough. Do not hesitate to contact them if you need carers.

The decision to move Mum was not taken lightly and was made much more difficult because of the outstanding care and support she received from the team that looked after her.
Over the last year and a bit we have got to know the carers and have nothing but praise and
admiration for the way they
have conducted themselves when we have been present and when we have not, particularly at those points of crisis and loss. They have been wonderful and I'm sure will continue to be so.
Thanks again for the help, understanding and care from all at Alice Chilton, you made what at the time we thought would be a traumatic and painful change in our parents' lives into one that was supportive, caring, loving and at times joyous and laughter filled.
We have so many more happy memories because of what you all enabled.

Alice Chilton In-Home Care Services Ltd has supported Mum for the last two and half years, after dealing with other care companies Alice Chilton sits in a league of its own. The whole team are there to support Mum in whichever way they can, the care team is professional, understanding and have great
empathy when dealing with clients who wish to live as independently as they can in their own homes.
Old age comes to us all and unfortunately, the current care system in place is not always as hoped when the unexpected happens, taking away people's dignity, independence and the way they wish to live becomes impossible without having supportive care. Alice Chilton does this in bucket loads. Their priority is the client but also understanding that the client's family need that support as well at a time which is changing families' lives.
The office team provides a backup service and are on hand when needed and the care team on the ground are fantastic.

When dementia strikes a loved one, it not only affects the person but also their entire family.
Initially, it's not always clear what you need to do or what level of support is required and at what point. The staff at Alice Chilton provide excellent support which has enabled us to keep my mother
happy and safe in her own home where she wants to be. Priceless.

The team of carers were very attentive to our mother's needs and became a hugely supportive lifeline for us and our mum. Nothing was ever too much and we know how much they really cared for her needs. We were immediately contacted with any concerns and Mum really enjoyed their company.

Alice Chilton have been providing care for my father (who's in his early 90s) for almost two years and this support has enabled him to stay living in his own home. The carers are all superb and always have time to have some "banter" with Dad, which I know he enjoys. They often go "above and beyond"
what we expected of a care company and, whilst it wouldn't be right to mention specific instances, this has made all the difference. The staff really do care about their clients and offer so much more than the basic requirements. Knowing that Dad is being looked after by Alice Chilton gives real peace of mind to me and my sister and we do not believe that we could have found a better care company.
If you're looking for a care provider I would, without hesitation, recommend Alice Chilton.

After much searching and family discussion, we approached Alice Chilton to discuss the provision of care to my mother-in-law. The carer(s) have seamlessly fitted into the role. August was a challenging period for the family with sickness and many people coming and going to provide respite care
whilst my partner and I had a holiday. All the extended family commented on how helpful the carer was and how she just got on with what was required without prompting. Importantly, the carer has developed a positive and respectful relationship with my mother-in-law and has demonstrated the ability to provide compassionate care on many occasions. The carer can assess whether my mother-in-law is able to have a wash and get dressed and when it is important to wait and have a cup of tea before doing anything. I would recommend Alice Chilton with full confidence.
