Orchard Meadows was chosen for its location, midway between myself and my brother. It is a well-kept complex but we found that my sister was not independent enough to make the most of the facilities. her care package was just adequate but as her health deteriorated she needed more help with
companionship. She still spent too much time on her own and this has contributed to her health decline. We are now relieved that she is in residential care and still with OSJCT.

My brother received excellent care in all of his nine years at OSJCT Orchard Meadows. Carers went the extra mile to meet his needs, to which the family are thankful. Dignity and respect were always shown to my brother.
