The care given to my husband was excellent. The carers were always efficient but gentle whilst carrying out their tasks. On the morning of Saturday 2nd January, they carried out their normal tasks but expressed their concern about his overall condition, which I had also noticed, and I called 111.
They even called back after their next job and were with me when he passed away. They waited with me until the doctor arrived so I was not on my own. I was so grateful for their assistance and just want to pass on my thoughts to prospective users.
