View Full Details of Caring Hearts LtdI was told that caring hearts were good and would provide excellent care for my dad. Unfortunately this has not been true. The carers that we have rush dad with his food, ignore me when I try to assist them and tell them how dad likes things. Leave dirty pads and commode pots full of urine lying about. Do not put their rubbish in the bin let along anything that dad has used. As for the dishes they use they leave them lying around the kitchen near the sink sometimes in the sink with food still in them. I have spoken to the care coordinator about this on various occassion and been told he will speak with the carers and either he has not or the carers ignore him also. They have caused damage in the house and deny it. I strongly think that they need better training for the people that they send out to do the care for them
Navigating the care sector is hard when you are caring for a loved one. You want the best for them and expect that those who come into their home to look after them do so in a caring, punctual and effective manner. For our family, the past 5 years have been built on one bad experience after another, until we began using Caring Hearts. Every single member of staff is wonderful and eager to do their best for our Mum. They have taken time to learn from the family all the little things that will help make their job easier, they are rarely late and have made no mistakes at all. Lovely smiles and attention to detail, making suggestions to help the family and is never scared to ask for help or advice from those who know Mum best - her family. Thank you Caring Hearts Stirling branch and all Mum's wonderful carers you have made such a difference to her and to us as a family and we appreciate you all so very much. xxx
