Blueberry Care staff were immediately supportive and helpful in finding a 24 hour carer at short notice to support my 98 year old Mum.
The carer has been compassionate and attentive and is always ready with a smile to help Mum to stay in her own home for as long as possible.

My family can't thank Blueberry Care enough for all their help and support over the last month especially!!! They have gone the extra mile to support us during a very difficult period and we don't know what we would have done without them.

An excellent service from start until the end when my mother passed away with care and compassion demonstrated by all staff .
The staff are so dedicated and knowledgeable,nothing too much trouble .
I was never concerned leaving my mum in the care of the team.
Any problems they encountered they
would always contact me for advice etc.
Impressive documentation and notes ,along with care plan.
I am from a nursing background so initially had reservations handing over care to an agency ,it was the best decision I made .
when my mum passed the care staff remained until the end ,which was the first time she had experienced a death only 20 .
What compassion shown towards my family and myself ,she stayed and chatted with staff and it was nice involving her .
I always recommend the agency to friends and professional colleagues .
Well done from senior management ,admin , co - ordinations and support staff.

Blueberry Care and Nursing Services, wow can't say enough about them.
When mum fell ill last year I rang around for some care for her, Blueberry care fitted my mums needs for what she needed and set up a care package within a week so she could come back to her own home with care.
Can't say
enough about the carers they are all amazing with so much love to give.
Mum has quite a few different carers and they all so caring and loving to her.
They go above and beyond not just a carer they are like good friends to mum. The care coordinator is truly amazing if you have concerns or want to make a change to the care plan she will sort it out.
Please if you are thinking of care for a family member please ring and speak to the care coordinator at Blueberry care. She is just totally amazing she will talk about a care plan what things that your relative needs and you can just ring and change the care plan as and when you need to.
Blueberry care has given me the reassurance my mum is getting the best care anyone can give her, Thankyou all.

As an only child and with a mum who has dementia, I would be lost without the wonderful care and support I receive from Blueberry Care and Nursing Services. I do my bit but if I am not around, I feel totally confident in everything that they do.

Blueberry Care have been first class from the first moment our paths crossed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Blueberry as every member of staff is professional and caring. If you need to find a care company this is the one.

After a shaky start in April 2023 all is now well with new management.

I contacted Blueberry Care and Nursing Services when my dad fell and broke his hip the week before I was going away. I needed urgent care arrangements in place to support my dad whilst I was away. Blueberry immediately set up an emergency care plan to put my mind at rest.
The communication was
excellent and the package was explained well and was very clear.
The attending staff were lovely and the care co-ordinator was excellent.
I can't recommend Blueberry enough and want to thank them for supporting my dad and our family to aid him in his recovery.

My mum has been a client of Blueberry Care for a number of years. The staff that care for her on a daily basis are wonderful, as are the office staff. She has had a different care company before Blueberry Care, but this is by far the best. The two staff she has each day can't do enough for her,
making sure she is safe and well. The office staff are so helpful and if I need to change or cancel a call, they are happy to help.

Blueberry Care and Nursing Services provide excellent care for my mum. They come twice a day and are very caring, thorough and generally make life that bit easier. They are pleasant, kind and caring. All you could ask for really. We have been using them for four and a half years now.

Blueberry Care is invaluable to us. We have waking night care four nights a week, which allows me to have four proper nights sleep a week. Our daughter is awake multiple times a night. Staff are lovely, trustworthy and reliable. We recommend Blueberry Care and Nursing Services.

My mother-in-law's carer is always on time, friendly and efficient. She helps my mother-in-law to get ready for the day ahead, helping with breakfast and getting washed and dressed. The service that Blueberry Care provide gives us the peace of mind that all is well, that she is set up for the day
and has everything she needs.

A very good experience through a very difficult time. The support was good as my wife grew weaker and weaker. The personal care was better than I could give. Always on time and the personnel we got were regular ones who we got to know well. Kindness was a feature of their care, well trained and knew
their job.

I have always found Blueberry Care to be very professional and reliable. We only have evening attendance once a week but they ensure that we have the same person. If not then we are informed as to who will be coming, a very good service.

Overall, we have had excellent service from both the carers onsite and the office staff. If we have had a request at short notice, it has been dealt with in a prompt and excellent manner. We have been very pleased with the service provided and cannot praise the staff enough.

We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to be with Blueberry Care. The level of care is excellent. Carers are very conscientious and competent carrying out their work. They are also very flexible and willing to adapt working practices to suit the client as their needs change. My mum enjoys their
visit too as they are friendly, caring and fun.
The management are excellent, keeping it all going despite staff shortages at times. They are very responsive and helpful when contacted.
All-in-all a very pleasant and effective service.
