My neighbour has been sent home from hospital with a package of care and Our Care has been the allocated care agency. They have treated them with the utmost care, dignity and always go above and beyond in their duties. Not just care staff but feel like part of the family. I would have no hesitation
to recommend Our Care to other neighbours or even family.
Five-star treatment. I wish all carers were as good as they are.

Fantastic company would recommend to any family or friends.
All the staff are excellent with my husband. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Our care always went above and beyond for my husband's ever-changing needs. Both management and care staff. I couldn't have asked for any better.

The care has helped to keep mom at home which was her wish. The carers are kind and professional. They give mom dignity and choice.

Very happy with the service being provided by Our Care. All the girls that look after my wife are superb. If we need any additions we can always call the manager who will always do what we need. She is always on the end of the phone if needed.

I had not known Our Care company until October 2018 when they started caring for my husband. I feel blessed to know that my husband and the whole family are cared for by this company. All of the staff, management, office staff and all of the carers treat my husband with dignity and we feel that they
have all become part of our extended family. We shall certainly recommend this company to others.

I am glad to see my carers and look forward to them turning up. I like to have a chat about different things. It is interesting to me and breaks up my day.

I have recently been discharged from hospital and needed an agency quite quickly. The manager came out to evaluate my requirements and care was provided soon thereafter.
The staff that I have come in contact with are caring, and always willing to help. I also have pets they assist me with,
helping me to remain in my own home with my pets around me. Staff are friendly and easily approachable, willing to take the time to listen to any concerns I might have. The staff not only provide my personal care, but also maintain my home doing all domestic work as well as providing meals for me. They also do my shopping and if required they provide me with chaperone services to go to appointments.
I would like to thank the staff of Our Care Ltd for taking such good care of me.

Our Care were brought into a difficult domestic situation with my father in law near the end of life, being cared for by his brother in law suffering mild dementia and my wife and I living away.
The carers coped admirably, through my father in death and in looking after my uncle in the past 2
weeks. They not only carried out their duties very professionally but also showed great compassion, becoming firm friends whos visits were eagerly looked forward to.

I have used this agency since it opened in 2015. Over the past few months, my mother has had a deterioration in her health.
The care staff have been amazing - even though I only have care for 30 minutes each day, they have gone overtime on numerous occasions and each time the carers have been
kind, considerate and not rushed her. I really do appreciate all that the carers/management do for us in this difficult period

The care provided for my Mother-in-Law was very good, the staff quickly understood how she liked every aspect of her care. They have been very accommodating, as due to my daughter's sudden illness being treated in London. They quickly took over giving her a shower every morning and sometimes
providing breakfast. A number of night carers have been necessary and they have been as good as gold with my Mother-in-Law. She has been happy with her care.

This agency provides the best most caring service possible. Going the extra mile is the norm for its owner and staff who treat clients (me) as if I was family. The care is great and the social connection from a small stable team is exactly what makes this agency the best.

Since Our Care have been coming into my nans, I feel she has a lot more confidence in herself, also a big strain has been taken off the entire family as we are no longer worrying about the care she is receiving. We have had bad experiences with agencies before, but Our Care Ltd have provided great
care and we are confident in the care they provide and my nan now looks forward to their visits, whereas before she was reluctant to have carers back in.

I have been introduced by a friend to this agency. The staff are kind, considerate and always happy to talk to me. Other care staff never had the time to talk to me they were always busy but these girls are lovely and I would be lost without them.
