We are very pleased with the carer. We find the carers to be friendly and calm and overall very patient with my father who has dementia and be very unpredictable. We are always pleased with the personal care they provide for my father.

There is always room for improvement, but the care and respect is like treating their own family.

This is our first experience of home care and I was feeling apprehensive. However, from the first meeting with the carer, I was confident to trust him and welcome him. He has been excellent in every respect. He gave personal time to meet the family and established rapport in difficult circumstances. He is patient, practical, professional and caring. My family and I really appreciated his professionalism and his personal approach. 5 star rating!! *****

We have been receiving care from Oscar Care this last year and it's been effective and very helpful for my husband who is bedbound and completely dependent on a wheelchair. The care service are always supportive, cooperative and staff are helpful, experienced and extremely supportive. We have recommended some other family and friends to Oscar Care and we would like to give them the highest rating.
