I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my husband has received from Orchid Care. The team has been truly dedicated to ensuring his well-being and comfort, and it has made a significant difference in our lives.
Communication with the company has been seamless. They are always
available to answer questions and provide updates, which gives us peace of mind. The consistency of care has been outstanding, and it's reassuring to know that my husband is in such capable hands.
The caregivers are not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and patient. They have built a wonderful rapport with my husband, making him feel valued and respected. Their presence has brought him joy and comfort, and it is evident that they genuinely care about him.

Our Mums Carers are so kind, friendly and are all professional. They always arrive prompt everyday and are always so polite.
The manager and the team at Orchid Care give us so much loving care and support. We cannot thank them enough

I am very happy with the level of care my mum receives the carer goes that extra mile to put a smile on my mum's face every day and is always on time. The manager contacts me and speaks to me regularly regarding my mum and mother-in-law's care packages. They are very professional and listen to the
needs of their clients. After the experience I had with my previous care agency Orchid care is a breath of fresh air.

I live 60 miles from my brother who is the client but find the communication with the care supplier both swift, helpful and friendly. My brother finds the visiting carers kind, friendly and good-natured, taking their time to give him his bed bath and dress him in the morning and prepare him for bed.
He bonds well with the carers and enjoys their visits. In addition, monthly, he receives a managerial visit to ensure everything is satisfactory. When there have been unforeseen delays when paying the invoices the financial department has been very understanding and helpful. Both myself and my brother and very happy with the level of care and service he receives.

Our carers are all very professional, friendly, kind and very helpful. They are also extremely prompt and arrive on time which is very important. Our carers give myself and my family peace of mind knowing that I am safe and extremely well looked after. We are very fortunate to have Orchid Care as
our care agency.

Orchid Care have looked after both my mother and father-in-law for the last six years. We have been extremely satisfied with the service provided, both with the office staff and the carers. The carers we have had are always polite, caring and thorough and are a credit to the company. Without them, I
