Caremark carers are very kind & always work to high standards. They always do the tasks we ask of them to the best of their ability. I would highly recommend the company. When I have spoken to management they are excellent e.g. changing call times if necessary. I would recommend them always.

My mum is very happy with her care plan and carers. Thank you! Mum is very impressed by the thoroughness of a certain carer, as she feels this lady always goes above and beyond.

I have been very pleased with the care my husband has received from Caremark. The initial contact with the company and visits to set up the care package were detailed and well thought out. The carers have been polite, punctual and very caring. The company have been prepared to be flexible which was

The care my dad received from all the carers was amazing. Not only did they look after all his personal needs but they also laughed, joked and chatted to him. My dad had had a massive stroke and was unable to do anything but nothing was too much trouble and they did everything with a smile. My mum
was always pleased to see them and felt at ease when they were there. The ladies on the other end of the phone were always friendly and would be happy to chat with us without making us feel like they were too busy, nothing seemed too much trouble. We will always be grateful for their amazing care. Thank you.

Pauline receives care once per day, six days per week. All carers are generally good time keepers, have pleasant personalities, and help Pauline in all aspects. Continuity is important so that both parties know exactly what is required. The care manager and office staff are all most helpful, when
contacted (tho' this is a rarity). All in all a well run and organised company.

During the first two weeks of receiving my care provided by Caremark, I have had nothing but exceptional care. All the carers I have met are caring and respectful. It makes my day knowing I am going to be safe, and that makes me less stressed and happier. I don't think I could have chosen a better
care provider. Nothing is no trouble.

Cannot praise Caremark enough! Since Mum started having carer's from November 2023, she has settled into a brilliant routine for medication, meals & also more than anything, the company four times a day has made a huge difference. Every carer & the ladies in the office are so empathetic. Will be
forever grateful Mum was assigned Caremark for her care at home. Thank you!!

The service Caremark provide to exceptional. They care for my mum as if she were their own. They are always happy, smiling and approachable. The office staff and management are always there to help and provide support. I couldn't ask for better.

As a very private person, when I first needed personal care, I was very apprehensive. However, from the outset, the care I received dispelled all my anxieties. I have always had excellent, courteous and sensitive care from friendly, responsive carers. Dealing with my quirks and limitations has
always been undertaken with good nature and great care. Staff in the office have always been very responsive and attentive to any issues that may arise. Notably, when an emergency has arisen in the past, all efforts have been made to meet my needs. As a self funding client, I believe Caremark offer excellent value for money.

My carers are very good, they make me feel safe. All my needs are met to a high standard. Nothing is too much for my carers. Most of the carers have become like family.

Excellent support from carer assistants, who help my wife with having a shower or bath and getting changed afterwards, as my wife has a condition where she has problems with her balance etc. Also makes sure my wife takes her medication and is comfortable before they leave.

We have been very pleased with the quality of provision and communication with the office has always been pleasant and productive. As my mother's needs have increased with age, Caremark have responded very positively and pleasingly. Without Caremark, I believe my mother could not stay in her own
home and for that we are immensely grateful.

The carers know me and my needs and if there is ever a problem with a carer the office will always try to accommodate me and support me. The office is always approachable, I am very happy being with Caremark. I'm not always the easiest service user with my health conditions, we work as a team and
I'm appreciative of this.
