I recently had a spell in hospital and my daughter booked the services of Right at Home.
I am a full time carer for my wife who has Alzheimer's.
The care and services provided by this company were second to none.
They understood the needs for us both and I was impressed how quickly my wife
took to the carers.
We generally had the same carer each time which made it all a smooth ride.
In conclusion I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that needed kind, caring and an efficient service.

Right at Home have been absolutely fantastic. The carers are really helpful, professional & kind. The office team are really flexible & approachable. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The support has made such a difference, and we are really grateful.

I approached using a carer with considerable doubt, although, as I am still comfortable and live on my own, I could not have been more wrong. The service I get here completely turned me around, it has given me complete faith in the carers who distinctively ensure that I am using the care-alarm
system, medication etc and on top of that, doing their tasks with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble, including home cleaning, running errands. I would not be without them; they are excellent.

Every member of Right at Home has been lovely and treated my dad with kindness, care and dignity. They keep my brother and I up to date with any changes in carer due to illness. The first care company we've had that actually cares and treats my dad like a human being.

I found the caring staff from Right at Home to be kind, helpful and knowledgeable when caring for my mum. The phone was always answered promptly when I had a query or needed to ask for advice. The management staff were also very helpful. I would definitely recommend Right at Home for all your caring

Right at Home were recommended to me when Mum got to the stage of needing carers at home and I can't praise them highly enough. From the initial assessment through to making adjustments to meet Mum's needs, they were very professional and seemed to anticipate my needs, making me feel confident
leaving Mum in their care.

We were very grateful for all the support and care Right at Home gave my Mother. It enabled her to remain living independently in her own home for nearly 4 years, after the death of her husband. My Mother loved all the carers but two carers in particular who were her favourite. Many thanks.

I have many physical and psychological problems. It was hard for me to ask for and accept help. The agency and its carers have opened a new world, other people with problems, solutions but above all, kindness and well-meaning. Apparently there is a science that alludes to that special, caring,
gentle quality. Helps to heal and feel better. The people in this agency have it in spades.

All the staff at Right at Home (Havant, Emsworth, Waterlooville, Petersfield
& Hayling Island) were very caring. From the start, the carers were amazing and well able to deal with the problems that arose as my wife went extremely downhill.
The care coordinator always managed to sort any slight
hiccups we may have had and do did the accounts manager.

It has been very good and everyone has been very helpful.
This care was done at very short notice, they had less than 24 hours to find someone for overnight care but they were excellent and a carer was found.

Right at Home have provided excellent care for our daughter. Staff are reliable and show great care towards both our daughter and us as a family. Excellent communication and always someone on the end of the phone to answer queries. All staff have been extremely trustworthy and caring. We couldn't

Right at Home came to my attention via a friend's recommendation. I was perfectly satisfied and very happy with the carers who came to my home and I would highly recommend their services. The office staff were more than helpful also.
