Carers provide familiar companionship for my mother within her care home adding another layer of reassurance for me.

I am quite happy with the care I receive from Bluebird and am confident any problem would be dealt with.

We used Bluebird carers when my husband was ill approx 4 years ago and so when I needed homecare for a broken leg, we naturally contracted BB again- easy to arrange, happy to be flexible and accommodate specific requests eg times of visits, unusual jobs such as watering outdoor plants or short dog walk Carers were always respectful, friendly and patient and before leaving, would check if everything was done. Staff in admin were polite and actively listened to your requests. Lead staff were thorough, safety conscious and worked tirelessly to accommodate needs eg early hospital appt Everyone very friendly and professional. If I had any criticism at all it would be that carer questionnaire completed after visit sometimes took longer than just a few minutes However, I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending BB Care

Carers are kind & attentive Carers respond to requests & proactive in the main. Easy to contact office to make complaints or give suggestions. Reliable - come on time generally. Reassuring level of support for my mother (peace of mind when I am away from the house.)

The care staff who have assisted me over the recent period have been excellent. They have been very willing to not only carry out the necessary tasks but have also been supportive in helping me achieve any extra tasks that are important for my emotional well-being and which help me maintain a feeling of autonomy. On the whole management have always responded to my requests and have been accommodating - which I know in times of high staff absence it can be a task to rearrange & find subsitute care workers! It is always useful to be pre-warned of any change in visiting.

Carer is active in cooking fresh food each day & after cooks a spare meal. Does monitor food in freezer but this could be done more often. Keeps a list of requirements for disinfectant etc. General & lively interaction with carer & provides a reasonable level of information about her family. Punctual & conscientious. Keeps up to date with ironing & washing.

It is said that it takes a village to raise a child. But it also takes a village to care for an elderly person, and for us Bluebird Care is that village. After seven or so years, we have no regrets and are extremely fortunate that they were recommended to us at the beginning of our search for help. As mum says, "I'm so lucky that they come to me. Many other people don't get the good help and care that I do!"

Bluebird Care are totally professional, both the carers and the managers of the company. They are also kind and able to relate to clients with a wide range of difficult conditions.

I much appreciate my Bluebird carers. They are all so approachable and I love to chat with them. I feel that I can learn to trust them and not worry about anything that I say; also to help me with personal tasks, that initially I would have worried about asking them to do.
