I much appreciate my Bluebird carers. They are all so approachable and I love to chat with them. I feel that I can learn to trust them and not worry about anything that I say; also to help me with personal tasks, that initially I would have worried about asking them to do.

I find Bluebird a very satisfactory company. Care is taken to ensure one is comfortable and content with the service.

My uncle lived alone and was supported by bluebird careers for several years. They were all excellent , turned up on time, and gave him the support he needed. The office staff equally efficient, backing up extra visits whenever needed and showing compassion and support to myself also. The manageress also checking in with me with updates. I cannot praise the support given , and although not allowed to mention names, there were a few carers that became firm favourites with my uncle and he always looked forward to them turning up. My uncle is now in a home, and one of his carers continues with visits weekly to continue the support and companionship. For my part, It is so reassuring to be able to get her extra feedback on his condition.---- if u are reading this , you know who you are, and we thank you more than words can tell.

I'm so impressed with all the people who come to care for my 97 year old mother. They are professional and committed and above all kind. They approach their job with thoughtfulness and skill and are much appreciated.

I have been very pleased with the service. The carers are professional and look after my husband very well. When I ring the office, my calls are promptly answered and carefully dealt with.

The daily care Bluebird provides gives me peace of mind allowing me to work out of the house daily. I know my mother is helped with hygiene and given food and companionship.

I am very pleased with the care mum receives from Bluebird. Mum enjoys seeing the carers and it gives me peace of mind to know mum is well looked after.

The carers have taken a lot of worry from me knowing that someone sees him every morning and evening. The house is much cleaner and is always tidy. I know that someone is encouraging him to eat and drink.

All the carers who come are great. A particular member of staff is outstanding and is brilliant at recognising my dad's priorities. Walking with him in the park is particularly precious. Dad loves the coffee mornings!
