I am writing to you because I did have a girl do my shopping but didn't go to the shop I like. I have a home help and they don't care for me or take care of me when I ask them to do my shopping. I find them don't go to the shop I like a certain supermarket not have a good girl that does my shopping. I like a certain supermarket if I can get the service. I used to get 3 hour a week for shopping and now I get 1 hour a week. I gave them mini cab money like £11.00 to come back from the shop w. When the care is good I do not mind paying for the mini cab fare the care supervise me as I take medicine. I hope you can understand this letter

I am happy with the treatment I receive. The carers I have regularly understand my needs and think for themselves when supplies like coffee and tea run out and replace the containers. They know what to do with my lunches. However, I do not feel Eleanor Nursing & Social Care have enough staff to fill in when people are sick or on holiday. It often means some carers have too many calls for a single day.

The care I receive is always exceptional. My carer is attentive to my needs, she takes pride in her work and respects my home. I'm a very particular, fussy person, my service provider and staff are always accommodating and understanding. I've had no issues with my service provider or staff. They are all respectful and caring. I have a set caregiver which makes my experience easy as I'm always aware of who comes into my home, this is comforting and puts me at ease as I receive personal care daily.
