TLB is a wonderful care company-very accommodating and supportive. Having regular carers makes a big difference to my mum's mood, and she feels well cared for and comfortable with the familiar team. We requested that a regular carer be scheduled alongside any new carers to ensure the transition isn't overwhelming for my mum. This was arranged respectfully and has been working very well.

Care given is ok. Some carers are better than others. Interacts well with family members who present. The 1:1 sitting service is good and my husband is always clean, fed and tidy if I leave him and return.
