Excellent support from our allocated PA, thank you - very proactive, understanding and caring. She undertakes a range of support including support with cleaning in difficult to reach areas, checking on dates on produce, collecting medications, shopping, coaching on hearing aid usage and other
general support.

I am extremely happy with the service provided at the day centre at Spring Care. My husband Dave Porter throughly enjoys the day.
Dave is very sociable and enjoys the communication with staff and service users, and looks forward to Thursdays.

Spring Care provide an excellent service and all the carers we have had are all very patient, kind, helpful and efficient. The office is very easy to contact and they are very good at passing back any information from the carers via email. Highly recommended.

Carers are always on time, spend time with my husband, encourage him to do things for himself, but assist where necessary, will always recommend the service to anyone looking for homecare. All staff are friendly and helpful, from carers to management.

The team at Spring Care responds very quickly and professionally to my families fast moving needs. Our requirements were met in a very timely manner so that we felt fully supported. The care staff who attended were also very effective and quickly built a strong relationship with us.

I have used Spring Care Day Care for more than two years now, my husband who has Alzheimer's loves it there. It keeps him well-stimulated which I can't do at home. In the last week I have also been using them to shower him in the morning. They have been brilliant and taken away all my stress.

We needed help of short notice. Spring Care staff were all very kind, helpful and supportive.
Our carer was really nice with my mum. We would recommend Spring Care.

Spring Care left my mother who has Alzheimer's in a dreadful state before she went into hospital. Her fridge was filthy, empty and mouldy. We’ve changed to another company, and they are excellent. Can’t do enough for my mum.
Now, nearly a year later with no contact from Spring Care since my mum was
discharged last summer - we’ve just been told by them that we have an outstanding bill of over £900!! Avoid them like the plague...

If you are reading this, I guess you are looking for some guidance for suitable care for an elderly relative or friend. Well, you have come to the right place. For the last 18 months or so Spring Care has been helping my elderly parents. With their care and support, we have been able to allow a
couple in their 90s to continue to live with dignity in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. The kindness, devotion and humanity everyone at Spring Care has shown to my parents has been extraordinary. We could not have achieved what we have without their support. We really are talking special human beings. A big thank you for everything you have done for our family.

I cannot fault our carer, who is cheerful, efficient and sympathetic to all my husband's needs. He is a positive addition to our lives and has made the mornings so much easier for me as his otherwise sole carer.

Care provided by the carers is good, attendance is not always at the agreed times and sometimes no carer (rare) last minute changes, problems with sickness and availability.
No major complaints with the agency. Satisfied.

I am generally satisfied with the carers that come, willing to assist with what is asked of them.
It has happened that I did not get the privacy sitting on the toilet, but I am sure I made my point to the carer concerned.
Office staff generally very helpful, obviously sometimes messages do not get
passed on.

Carers are always cheery and very professional in their work. They always complete their daily tasks. I'm kept informed if carers cannot attend and a replacement is sent. The only complaint is that the carers do not always attend at the correct times asked for.

Always on time, does everything I need help with and sorts out appointments and takes me to them. All the staff are very good at what they do.
