Adult services pointed me the direction of Spring Care. I was really worried how mum would react to attending so on the first day I kept our destination secret. When we arrived the staff welcomed her and got her a cup of tea. When she saw the other people there I can not describe the look she gave me as I made a quick exit.
I believe it is 6 months since she has been attending during which I have increased her attendance from one to two days a week. This has been an injection of life back into the mother I knew. I would recommend S/C to anyone. The food is pretty good as well
I can not thank the staff enough.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. Our team and everyone at the Stay Connected Club really enjoy your mother's company and her wonderful sense of humour. She is also a great support to some of the attendees whose dementia is more advanced than hers. We are delighted that she enjoys spending two days a week with us and that you have noticed such a positive change in her.
Excellent support from our allocated PA, thank you - very proactive, understanding and caring. She undertakes a range of support including support with cleaning in difficult to reach areas, checking on dates on produce, collecting medications, shopping, coaching on hearing aid usage and other general support.
Thank you very much for your kind review. I know that the PA really enjoys the visits and I'm glad to hear that the support she is providing is proving to be useful and practical.
Dave is very sociable and enjoys the communication with staff and service users, and looks forward to Thursdays.
Thank you so much for your review of our Day Centre. Dave is great company for everyone there with his lovely nature and super humour! We're so pleased that he enjoys it.
Spring Care provide an excellent service and all the carers we have had are all very patient, kind, helpful and efficient. The office is very easy to contact and they are very good at passing back any information from the carers via email. Highly recommended.
What a lovely review, thank you so much for taking the time to write it. We really do appreciate the feedback and are delighted that you are happy with the service we are providing.
Carer first class. Very kind and understanding.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us, we're so pleased that you find our care team to be kind and understanding. Your review is much appreciated!
Carers are always on time, spend time with my husband, encourage him to do things for himself, but assist where necessary, will always recommend the service to anyone looking for homecare. All staff are friendly and helpful, from carers to management.
Thank you so much for your review! We are delighted to hear that our carers and office staff have made a positive difference for you and your husband. Your recommendation means a lot to us.
I would have no hesitation in using Spring Care again should the need arise.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review, we're very pleased that our service was helpful to your family.
The carer is very helpful and makes my friend happy and she thinks the world of her carer.
Thank you, that is very kind of you to say. I'm so pleased that your friend is finding our care helpful.
I have used Spring Care Day Care for more than two years now, my husband who has Alzheimer's loves it there. It keeps him well-stimulated which I can't do at home. In the last week I have also been using them to shower him in the morning. They have been brilliant and taken away all my stress.
Thank you for your review, we are so pleased that our services are making a positive difference.
Lovely staff - all very caring and look after Mum well. Would recommend.
Thank you so much, we appreciate your feedback.
Our carer was really nice with my mum. We would recommend Spring Care.
Thank you for your review, we're very glad that you were happy with our service.
Now, nearly a year later with no contact from Spring Care since my mum was discharged last summer - we’ve just been told by them that we have an outstanding bill of over £900!! Avoid them like the plague...
We are pleased to know your mother is doing well. Our team always enjoyed the short visits they spent with her twice a week.
We were equally dismayed to discover your mother had no food in her fridge whilst you were abroad on holiday which, as you recall, is one of the...
If you are reading this, I guess you are looking for some guidance for suitable care for an elderly relative or friend. Well, you have come to the right place. For the last 18 months or so Spring Care has been helping my elderly parents. With their care and support, we have been able to allow a couple in their 90s to continue to live with dignity in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. The kindness, devotion and humanity everyone at Spring Care has shown to my parents has been extraordinary. We could not have achieved what we have without their support. We really are talking special human beings. A big thank you for everything you have done for our family.
Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely review, I'm so pleased that we have been able to provide meaningful support to your parents.
I cannot fault our carer, who is cheerful, efficient and sympathetic to all my husband's needs. He is a positive addition to our lives and has made the mornings so much easier for me as his otherwise sole carer.
Thank you for your review, I'm so pleased that you are happy with the service we are providing.
Good care. Pleasent Carers who show an interest in my father. Conversation is as important as care to an older person.
No major complaints with the agency. Satisfied.
Thank you for your review. I’m pleased that you are generally happy with the care we are providing - that being a Live In Carer. With regard to the double up visits twice a day and additional respite cover twice weekly that we provide to you, we have suffered for the last few months with an...
Provide always good service and all are professional.
It has happened that I did not get the privacy sitting on the toilet, but I am sure I made my point to the carer concerned.
Office staff generally very helpful, obviously sometimes messages do not get passed on.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review. Our Service Users' privacy and dignity are extremely important to us and I am sorry that your dignity was not respected on the occasion you have mentioned, although I am pleased that you were able to make your point to the carer and trust that...
Carers are always cheery and very professional in their work. They always complete their daily tasks. I'm kept informed if carers cannot attend and a replacement is sent. The only complaint is that the carers do not always attend at the correct times asked for.
Thank you so much for your review. I’m very pleased that you are on the whole very happy with the service we are providing. We do try hard to ensure that the call times are consistent and at the time each Service User has requested – there are occasions when staff are on holiday or unwell that call...
I'm so glad they were recommended to me.
