I'm happy with ur work at mo and Carole loves miriama and Barbara very much and only trust them and happy with what they do for her as she is very special to me as I used to be a carer and know what to expect as I never had any problems when I was working I had praises every time for my work and my love to my service user

A huge thank you to all the wonderful team of carers looking after my mum and dad, each day in the mornings and evenings . They are the best and we, as a family, appreciate their help so much . They are professional , respectful, patient , compassionate , trustworthy and dedicated to doing a great job . I would definitely recommend them to any family in need of carers for their loved ones . My mum and dad love having them around .They are full of good and welcomed advice . They ask how mum and dad are feeling each day , and are always prepared to listen , chat with them and share stories . We feel a definite bond has been created . If there are concerns with mum and dad's health we are notified . If they are running late , due to unforeseen circumstances , we get a call to manage mum and dad's expectations . They even gave my mum a card and gift for her birthday . She was touched and over the moon . I can't speak highly enough of the team . Exceptional . Keep up the good work .

I am more than happy with the level of care provided to my mother. Seren are a very professional organisation as well as being a very caring organisation. My mother's personal carers are so friendly and caring as well as being very professional. I would definitely recommend Seren to anyone. Thank You.

Seren continues to give my father a five star service, this includes the carers themselves who go above and beyond in their service of care for my Dad, The carers are extremely polite, well tured out and prompt on time. All in all just so pleased with this company's service...

Just started using this service from Seren. I did not know the company but am very happy with the service provided and the carers sent to me. The carers are experienced and are happy to chat with me. I hope the care provided continues at the current level as I will be very happy.

The care I have from Seren is superb. There's attention to detail in the tasks they perform and they are always polite and warm in their dealings with me. As well as the practical activities an essential element in their care is conversation. That is crucial if you spend most of your day in bed. Diolch yn fawr Seren.

My mum has been using the support from Seren Support Services for just over 1.5 years. She has 2 carers 4 times a day due to her needs. We have been very fortunate with the team of carers allocated to her. They are absolutely amazing and my mum adores them. They go above and beyond to ensure all her needs are met. They really are a credit to the company. We nearly always have at least 1 of the regular team attend her calls and I am always told in advance if on occasions the team member is not one of the usual carers due to annual leave etc. My mum enjoys interaction with new people so this is not an issue for us. I have also had positive interactions if I have had to contact the office with any queries, requests or updates and support when needing to deal with outside agencies. All in all we feel truly blessed to have the Seren team involved in our lives so mum can continue living at home with her family.

We have been very fortunate with the care and support from Seren care. They took over my aunts care, after a long hospital admission and they have always been a wonderful team. The nurses who call, are always polite and respectful and we have been lucky enough to build a great relationship of trust and respect. Great communication and we love the client app too. Great work Seren Team

I got two fantastic carers they get up every morning on time and do a brilliant job with no job to small because they do the job so well it sets me up for the day.....and I got a great support that comes to see me and make sure I am getting the best service......

My brother has been supported by Seren Support for about the last 8 months. The carers are respectful, and caring helping my brother to keep his dignity whilst needing support. Some of the regular carers go above and beyond to help my brother feel comfortable and at ease, and engage in friendly conversations. They carry out their tasks in a professional manner and if there is a problem the carers will contact the office and sometimes me or another family member directly to discuss any issues. The carers bring with them their own unique personalities, and they make connections with my brother in a variety of ways, one carer sings which cheers him up. The staff at the office are always available to listen and help if we contact them. One staff member in particular is quick to notice if a carer has a concern and contacts family to discuss options. As a family we are very happy with the care received by Seren Support.

Excellent service form the carers, we use them for additional private care as well as council supported care. Always kind and empathetic towards my father and work hard to keep him clean and comfortable.

The managers, cares and all the team have been absolutely great in looking after my mum following her rehabilitation after suffering a stroke back in Jul24. All of the ladies that visit my mum throughout the week are absolutely wonderful people, hearts of gold and really do learn and help meet her needs with supporting meals, drinks, dressing etc. Having the same few woman in a cycle really helps and we thank the team for achieving this to make the whole journey a lot better. All staff members are always wearing the correct uniform, clean, gloves and shoe covers (as per requested for our home which we provide) 4/5 stars only down to the fact we feel some new staff could have slightly longer training periods & coaching on communication skills when entering the homes of service users. The care app is a great tool for the service users and all family members to stay up to date with visits, how mum is throughout the day - giving you that peace of mind when you're out working etc.

L is a godsend for my sister always happy to help excellent sense of care and attention and gets on well with her clients she is simply the best in the company, overall she tries to cater to all situations.

My mother has a 2 hour weekly sitting (no care) service provided by Seren. She likes to have the same carer every week and looks forward to their weekly chats. Her carer is always very well presented, timely and treats my mother as a valued friend rather than just a 'client'.

Seren Support provided care for my husband whilst he was terminally ill. The carers were punctual, polite, friendly, caring and professional - it was a pleasure to welcome them into my home. A few of his carers had been on his journey with him for two years and the relationship they built was a blessing. The care given to my husband was of a high standard.
