Carers arrive promptly in the morning and evening , they are always dressed in their uniforms , are well presented, happy and chatty . They are kind , respectful , sensitive and very supportive . Always checking whether there is anything else that is needed . They alert us to concerns with mum and
dad's health , so we can contact a GP or district nurse, if appropriate . They go above and beyond their role . The App is a great tool . The carer's notes are welcomed and informative . Any concerns , changes to medication are dealt with promptly by email . A wonderful team that have taken the time to get to know mum and dad's backgrounds and interests .

I got two fantastic carers they get up every morning on time and do a brilliant job with no job to small because they do the job so well it sets me up for the day.....and I got a great support that comes to see me and make sure I am getting the best service......

My brother has been supported by Seren Support for about the last 8 months. The carers are respectful, and caring helping my brother to keep his dignity whilst needing support. Some of the regular carers go above and beyond to help my brother feel comfortable and at ease, and engage in friendly conversations.
They carry out their tasks in a professional manner and if there is a problem the carers will contact the office and sometimes me or another family member directly to discuss any issues. The carers bring with them their own unique personalities, and they make connections with my brother in a variety of ways, one carer sings which cheers him up.
The staff at the office are always available to listen and help if we contact them. One staff member in particular is quick to notice if a carer has a concern and contacts family to discuss options.
As a family we are very happy with the care received by Seren Support.

The managers, cares and all the team have been absolutely great in looking after my mum following her rehabilitation after suffering a stroke back in Jul24.
All of the ladies that visit my mum throughout the week are absolutely wonderful people, hearts of gold and really do learn and help meet her
needs with supporting meals, drinks, dressing etc. Having the same few woman in a cycle really helps and we thank the team for achieving this to make the whole journey a lot better.
All staff members are always wearing the correct uniform, clean, gloves and shoe covers (as per requested for our home which we provide)
4/5 stars only down to the fact we feel some new staff could have slightly longer training periods & coaching on communication skills when entering the homes of service users.
The care app is a great tool for the service users and all family members to stay up to date with visits, how mum is throughout the day - giving you that peace of mind when you're out working etc.

My mother has a 2 hour weekly sitting (no care) service provided by Seren. She likes to have the same carer every week and looks forward to their weekly chats. Her carer is always very well presented, timely and treats my mother as a valued friend rather than just a 'client'.

Seren Support provided care for my husband whilst he was terminally ill. The carers were punctual, polite, friendly, caring and professional - it was a pleasure to welcome them into my home. A few of his carers had been on his journey with him for two years and the relationship they built was a blessing.
The care given to my husband was of a high standard.

My mother is very happy with the care staff, they are always very respectful to my mother. They are helping to maintain my mother in her own home, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. As a family, we are more than happy with all the care and support that Seren agency give to my mother.

Staff are excellent and nothing too much trouble. Have carried out what I requested on the Care plan. Call times are excellent and staff very friendly, helpful and polite. Staff are very helpful and this service has taken the stress away from me a lot.

As a family we are all pleased with the excellent standard of care that my father receives from his regular Seren carers.
Unfortunately, one of our initial regular carers who had been excellent, moved to a new job and there was a period where we had to have a variety of carers as replacement. However,
during this period we were always pleased with standard of care and positive nature of the carers who attended.

Very pleased with the service being provided. It suits the needs of my friend and I am aware that Seren provide others services which we can request in the future.
The carer always arrives on time and on the odd occasion when they were running late, they phoned to let me know.

The home care of Seren Support Services is of a pretty good standard. If there are any problems fulfilling the allotted time on a certain day, they will contact you as soon as possible and fill the spot at your convenience. My sister has been with Seren since 2015 and has had no problems whatsoever.

I look after my grandad alongside the carers at Seren and they are so helpful and caring. If I'm not around I can always check the app and see how his day is going which gives me great peace of mind. The office will call if there is an issue or if carers will be late, which is great for someone like
my grandad who loves his routine. Special shout out to his carers as the relationships they have built with my grandad and the rest of the family are lovely, I don't know what I'd do without their help. They are real-life angels.

My husband has been with Seren since Covid 19 struck. From the start, he has received the best possible care. There has been a major staff change over the past year and we were both concerned that standards would drop. However, these fears were unfounded. My husband together with his regular carers
have formed a strong bond. They are professional caring compassionate and trustworthy what more could you ask for.
