Carers provide an excellent service to my mother. It is unfortunate that local authority can not fund slightly more so the carers could spend more time with my mother on a complete social level as she enjoys there company so much!
She always has the four same carers, which is great.

Nice, friendly staff, many go beyond just sorting out mum; some even feed the cats too! We have good communication between staff and myself - they leave me messages in the diary, so I know what they have done and if there are any problems. Overall, we are very satisfied with the care provided.

The staff providing care for my father are kind, helpful and considerate. I would have no hesitation to recommend them. The team take excellent care of my father and have always gone the extra mile for him; I am very grateful to them all.

Overall, I find the staff very friendly and helpful, and my care is treated with dignity. If I do have a problem or complaint, which isn't often, it is dealt with quickly and efficiently by management.

The majority of the carers and managers that I have dealt with have been professional, caring and efficient. There are many carers who do over and above what is expected of my mum. She sees them as her friends and looks forward to them coming for a chat! I would have no hesitation in recommending Seren

The carers are thoughtful, kind, caring and empathetic when delivering care to my brother. Communication skills are second to none, as they keep me fully informed of any changes or concerns about my brother. They are always happy and appear to enjoy their job, which in turn, brightens his day, and he

Excellent service. The two carers that my mother sees every day are reliable and kind. My mother really likes both of them. I like the consistency of her seeing the same people as she has vascular dementia and forgets things. The office staff are all efficient and friendly as well. Having Seren involved

We are very pleased with the level of care that my mum receives from Seren's carers. They are pleasant, friendly and always make my mum laugh. They are extremely professional when administering her medications and will always go that "little bit extra" to help her.

Mum has good care and four regular carers. The girls treat Mum with respect and always have a laugh and a joke with her. I have never had any problems with the care carried out or the girls coming here. We love seeing them four times a day.

The ongoing care provided to my mother and late father has been outstanding. The carers treat my mum with the utmost respect, keeping her informed of everything they do. Whilst my mother has communication issues, the carers have found ways to engage her in a variety of topics. The carers are extraordinarily
patient making sure that she has a varied diet and have come to know her likes and dislikes. The sit carer package has been phenomenally successful allowing Mum to remain in her own home with all the benefits this brings to her well-being. The sit carer has provided Mum with the stimulus that she needs, and she continues to flourish.

All cares are polite and friendly. They treat my gran with respect and take their time listening to her and seeing to her every need. They are very helpful to me and my uncle by letting us know if my gran needs anything or if she has any health issues that we need to be aware of. Can't fault any of

Seren have provided care for my mum for the past 7-months. All the girls that see Mum have been and are fantastic, getting to know Mum, and meeting her different needs with care, grace and dignity.
Mum now looks to these ladies as friends and enjoys her time spent with them. She has also managed to
build a good relationship with them, not easy when you suffer from Alzheimer’s.
Seren girls tailor their time to make sure my mum is clean, happy and calm all with a smile and humour.
I cannot emphasise how grateful I am to Seren for allowing me more freedom while they take the strain of dealing with the day to day stresses of an Alzheimer's patient.
It took me a long time to decide whether carers would be helpful with Mum, as she is very particular with who she sees, but it’s the best thing we’ve done, thanks to Seren, and it’s a great team.
I have never had an issue with Seren, and they are always helpful and respectful if I ever have any queries.

The Seren's who look after my parents are an amazing team. They work together, sharing their expertise and compassion, learning together how best to meet the changing needs of my parents. They are professional and respectful whilst always having a sense of humour. Nothing seems too much for them and,
because of them, my parents live happily and safely in their own home. The Seren's are stars and angels all in one and, as a family, we are so grateful for this team of very special, gifted and warm-hearted people.

I would like to personally thank the care girls for all the support my mother received during a very difficult phase for us as a family. My mum became very poorly before Christmas, and the care and support we received from the girls was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to ensure Mum was safe and
well cared for. The reviewing officers were always at hand and did their utmost to meet all Mums perceived needs. Mum loves the girls calling and now refers to them as her “friends”. I regularly see them singing with her, and after not walking for several weeks now, even doing her version of the can-can. Her regular care girl has now moved on to pastures new, she will be dearly missed by Mum and me. However, her co-worker who is equally as fabulous is still on board, so I know the heartfelt care, empathy and compassion will still be given. It is so important to know excellent quality care is given to someone, who to us, is more precious than Gold. Thank you all, you are certainly Seren stars!

I would like to thank Seren for caring for my beloved friend, the carers are always pleasant and friendly.
Even during the pandemic, they have gone every day to support my friend when I have been unable to visit due to a local lockdown.

As with many companies the front line staff, in particular the carers, are excellent. Unfortunately, they are not supported by a robust management and admin team. Their communication skills are non-existent and their empathy towards issues that arise from their incompetency must be experienced to be
believed. If you care for someone with learning disabilities this is not the company for you.

Just wanted to wish all the staff at Seren a Very Happy and Healthy New Year, and to say how much we all appreciate the wonderful care that is given to my mother.
Everybody is just so lovely and caring. Not only to my Mam but also to my Dad which we are truly grateful.
