I have had no worries about the care workers; they have all been very good to me. If the care workers didn't have to be moved about so much, I would be very happy.

Carers have been fantastic with my mother - without carers, my mum's confidence would have been lost. They have given her confidence back to do her daily morning routine and assisting her dress etc.

Overall Experience

My grandmother contacted Covid-19 in hospital. Seren came in when she came out to care for her; they were very good. Ther carers wore PPE and provided all care needs.

Overall Experience

The carers that were going to my grandfather were lovely. Attention was paid to not only what was in his plan, but if he needed anything else, they would often do it if allowed. Sadly no longer with as he passed in December, but they have been so kind this year by checking in on the family at the beginning of this year.

Overall Experience
The standard of service given to my mother is of a high order, the carers are great, are very reliable, and are appreciated well by my mother.

While the service is generally of a high standard, I couldn't award an excellent rating due to the inadequate time restraint imposed on the carers visits of just 20 minutes; this is not ideal and must be putting the carers under undue pressure to get it done and move on to another client. Overall, I am pleased with the service provided by Seren.

Carers provide an excellent service to my mother. It is unfortunate that local authority can not fund slightly more so the carers could spend more time with my mother on a complete social level as she enjoys there company so much!

She always has the four same carers, which is great.

Overall Experience

Nice, friendly staff, many go beyond just sorting out mum; some even feed the cats too! We have good communication between staff and myself - they leave me messages in the diary, so I know what they have done and if there are any problems. Overall, we are very satisfied with the care provided.

The staff providing care for my father are kind, helpful and considerate. I would have no hesitation to recommend them. The team take excellent care of my father and have always gone the extra mile for him; I am very grateful to them all.

Overall, I find the staff very friendly and helpful, and my care is treated with dignity. If I do have a problem or complaint, which isn't often, it is dealt with quickly and efficiently by management.

The majority of the carers and managers that I have dealt with have been professional, caring and efficient. There are many carers who do over and above what is expected of my mum. She sees them as her friends and looks forward to them coming for a chat! I would have no hesitation in recommending Seren Support Services.

The carers are thoughtful, kind, caring and empathetic when delivering care to my brother. Communication skills are second to none, as they keep me fully informed of any changes or concerns about my brother. They are always happy and appear to enjoy their job, which in turn, brightens his day, and he looks forward to their coming and plays music whilst they are there.

Excellent service. The two carers that my mother sees every day are reliable and kind. My mother really likes both of them. I like the consistency of her seeing the same people as she has vascular dementia and forgets things. The office staff are all efficient and friendly as well. Having Seren involved has made life easier for my mother and the wider family. Thank you all.

Can’t fault the staff and management; always polite, on time and wearing their uniform. Full PPE at all times. Can be flexible with times when needed to be. Even during this pandemic, they have always gone the extra mile to make sure our needs are met.

We are very pleased with the level of care that my mum receives from Seren's carers. They are pleasant, friendly and always make my mum laugh. They are extremely professional when administering her medications and will always go that "little bit extra" to help her.

I have been a client of Seren for a number of years, and the quality of care I receive from my carers is constantly improving. My carers lookout for my dignity and self-respect. I place my well being in their hands. They possess empathy and a true understanding of all the care I need. I have complex needs.

Mum has good care and four regular carers. The girls treat Mum with respect and always have a laugh and a joke with her. I have never had any problems with the care carried out or the girls coming here. We love seeing them four times a day.

The ongoing care provided to my mother and late father has been outstanding. The carers treat my mum with the utmost respect, keeping her informed of everything they do. Whilst my mother has communication issues, the carers have found ways to engage her in a variety of topics. The carers are extraordinarily patient making sure that she has a varied diet and have come to know her likes and dislikes. The sit carer package has been phenomenally successful allowing Mum to remain in her own home with all the benefits this brings to her well-being. The sit carer has provided Mum with the stimulus that she needs, and she continues to flourish.

All cares are polite and friendly. They treat my gran with respect and take their time listening to her and seeing to her every need. They are very helpful to me and my uncle by letting us know if my gran needs anything or if she has any health issues that we need to be aware of. Can't fault any of the carers.

Overall Experience
Seren have provided care for my mum for the past 7-months. All the girls that see Mum have been and are fantastic, getting to know Mum, and meeting her different needs with care, grace and dignity.
Mum now looks to these ladies as friends and enjoys her time spent with them. She has also managed to build a good relationship with them, not easy when you suffer from Alzheimer’s.
Seren girls tailor their time to make sure my mum is clean, happy and calm all with a smile and humour.
I cannot emphasise how grateful I am to Seren for allowing me more freedom while they take the strain of dealing with the day to day stresses of an Alzheimer's patient.
It took me a long time to decide whether carers would be helpful with Mum, as she is very particular with who she sees, but it’s the best thing we’ve done, thanks to Seren, and it’s a great team.
I have never had an issue with Seren, and they are always helpful and respectful if I ever have any queries.
