I would like to thank Seren for caring for my beloved friend, the carers are always pleasant and friendly.
Even during the pandemic, they have gone every day to support my friend when I have been unable to visit due to a local lockdown.

As with many companies the front line staff, in particular the carers, are excellent. Unfortunately, they are not supported by a robust management and admin team. Their communication skills are non-existent and their empathy towards issues that arise from their incompetency must be experienced to be
believed. If you care for someone with learning disabilities this is not the company for you.

In this case, it is reasonable to say that we as a service were forthcoming in stating that we believed the service your family member received was not suited to their needs, and we were not the most appropriate service. We encouraged you to seek alternative service provisions that specialised in supporting young adults with a learning disability. Your family member received a domiciliary home care service, which right now is under immense pressures due to the on-going pandemic and from the outset we kept communication between yourself and social services that the service needed a review.
The care teams are led by our management through regular support and training, so we do thank you for rating our service 5 stars.

Just wanted to wish all the staff at Seren a Very Happy and Healthy New Year, and to say how much we all appreciate the wonderful care that is given to my mother.
Everybody is just so lovely and caring. Not only to my Mam but also to my Dad which we are truly grateful.
The staff are like little
rays of sunshine that brighten up my parents day.
We couldn’t have wished for a better team!

My father has been receiving support from Seren Support Services for several months. The quality of care has been consistently good on occasions going "over and above" to ensure my father's needs are met.
The staff are friendly and patient and always carry out their caring and domestic duties well.

I cannot express my thanks enough to the team of Seren homecare. They have brought me back to life with their total commitment in everything that they do. I have mixed emotions, I am pleased that I no longer need them, but I shall miss them.

Seren have been providing a service for my father for the last 5 months. During this time they have developed an excellent rapport with my Dad and myself. They are faultless in the service they provide. Nothing is too much of an effort for them. Prior to Seren and due to my location in relation to my

In our experience with this company, the girls that look after my mother seem, on the whole, excellent.
In the beginning, there was a lot of misunderstanding and no real continuity of care. As the time has gone the company, on the whole, has improved and management has started to listen when contacted
by myself or my father.

Carers are wonderful, mam loves the different faces and people to talk to though it is not always possible.
Please remind new carers that her commode needs to be by her bed.
Previously she has fallen. But overall care is great.

The care we have received is second to none. Mum has been treated with dignity and compassion at all times. Not only do the whole team look after mum they have also been a massive support to me for the last few months, keeping me going at low times. I really do not know how we would have coped without
them.
