Title: A Note of Thanks to Seren Support Services. Rating: (5/5). I’d like to say a few words about Seren Support Services in Neath. They’ve been caring for my great-aunt for a year now and they’re doing a good job. The carers are really dedicated. They’re always there for my great-aunt and she’s fond of them. The office staff are efficient. They make sure everything’s on schedule and that my aunt sees familiar faces, which is nice. The manager has been supportive, especially when my aunt was not well. She reminded us that we’re part of the Seren family and that meant a lot to us. So, thanks to everyone at Seren. We appreciate your work.

Overall, a good experience for my mother. I have peace of mind that there's someone looking after her. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My mother enjoys their visits and tells me when they have a laugh with her. I know I will be contacted immediately should anything happen.

Since having Seren Care coming morning and evening, I have been able to live independently and enjoy life again. The company keep me in the loop when things are happening and I’m able to plan around the times I have carers call. I am extremely happy with Seren Care and would recommend them as a care provider.

I have always found the carers who visit my mother-in-law who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease to be kind, attentive and patient with her. She says she is pleased to see them and that they are always friendly and helpful.

Communication is excellent and timekeeping is great.

Seren Support Services provides excellent care service for my mum and we have no issues. We feel that my mum is always well cared for and made very comfortable daily. We find the staff very helpful and approachable.

They have also made friends with our dog who also now loves them and waits by the window to see them coming.

They have a great app that gives an overview of their visit.

Staff are generally punctual and any issues he has encountered have been attended to.

The service Seren has provided has been invaluable for my father and myself, they have enabled him to stay in his own home which was vitally important. His main carer (regular) is extremely helpful friendly and approachable, he takes the time to chat and ensures he is well cared for, cant praise him enough.

Different carers every day. No communication with the client. Staff unable to follow care plans. No understanding of the care needed. Very poor service. Would not recommend. I have had several meetings with different levels of 'management', but nothing changes. Social worker is supporting change of care provider as dissatisfied also.

Thank you for the care and professionalism given to my husband for the past six months. The carers have been invaluable in supporting him daily, coming out in all weather. Without their help, I would have found it very difficult to cope.

Having the same carers on most days helps to build trust and confidence. Carers are polite and engage my husband in conversation. Always well dressed and perform requested tasks. Mainly punctual, we have been notified if there are traffic problems.

Seren has been providing care for my sister for a while now, and she has gained confidence knowing that the carers are there to support her in her personal care routine. Without the carers, she would be self-neglecting, and this is a battle that we as a family have been previously worried about. The carers that attend are very friendly and welcoming towards her, and she has found trust with the carers, something that I thought would never happen. This gives us, as a family, the knowledge that my sister is cared for in the best possible way.

Excellent service from the office staff to area managers. Carers are excellent at their job, and nothing is too much for them. Good service all-round. Worth looking into this company if you need help for anybody in your family or yourself.

Seren helped my friend for two years before he left us. The team were very, very good. He was always praising how kind and nice they were. After my friend left us, the company even contacted me to offer support. Two staff came to the funeral - really above and beyond.

Carers really helped my grandad at Christmas, making sure he had all his medication and food until we came over. My grandad has two normal men carers each week, and he’s very happy with the care they give.
