The service Seren has provided has been invaluable for my father and myself, they have enabled him to stay in his own home which was vitally important. His main carer (regular) is extremely helpful friendly and approachable, he takes the time to chat and ensures he is well cared for, cant praise him
enough.

Different carers every day. No communication with the client. Staff unable to follow care plans. No understanding of the care needed. Very poor service. Would not recommend. I have had several meetings with different levels of 'management', but nothing changes. Social worker is supporting change of
care provider as dissatisfied also.

Thank you for the care and professionalism given to my husband for the past six months. The carers have been invaluable in supporting him daily, coming out in all weather. Without their help, I would have found it very difficult to cope.

Having the same carers on most days helps to build trust and confidence. Carers are polite and engage my husband in conversation. Always well dressed and perform requested tasks. Mainly punctual, we have been notified if there are traffic problems.

Seren has been providing care for my sister for a while now, and she has gained confidence knowing that the carers are there to support her in her personal care routine. Without the carers, she would be self-neglecting, and this is a battle that we as a family have been previously worried about. The
carers that attend are very friendly and welcoming towards her, and she has found trust with the carers, something that I thought would never happen. This gives us, as a family, the knowledge that my sister is cared for in the best possible way.

Excellent service from the office staff to area managers. Carers are excellent at their job, and nothing is too much for them. Good service all-round. Worth looking into this company if you need help for anybody in your family or yourself.

Seren helped my friend for two years before he left us. The team were very, very good. He was always praising how kind and nice they were. After my friend left us, the company even contacted me to offer support. Two staff came to the funeral - really above and beyond.

Carers really helped my grandad at Christmas, making sure he had all his medication and food until we came over. My grandad has two normal men carers each week, and he’s very happy with the care they give.

I am continually impressed with the level of service and care provided by Seren for my brother. Staff at Seren are continually compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. One thing that always stands out to me is how they took the time to really get to know my brother's individual needs. They were
always available to answer any questions I had and provided regular updates on visits.
The carers are always kind and patient and go above and beyond to ensure that my brother is comfortable and well-cared for. I can't speak highly enough of Seren, who look after my grandfather. From the moment we reached out to them, they have been professional, caring, and efficient. They took the time to understand my grandfather's needs and preferences and matched him with a carer who is the perfect fit for him. The carer
who visits my grandfather is amazing. She is always cheerful, patient and attentive to his needs. She engages him in activities that he enjoys and takes the time to listen to him and provide emotional support. Seren is also very organised and keeps us informed about my grandfather's progress, and is always available to answer any questions or concerns we have. They have truly become an invaluable part of our family's support system. Overall, I highly recommend Seren to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their loved ones. They have exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are so grateful for all they do for my grandfather.

All carers have carried out Dad's care to a very high standard; all are extremely well-mannered and punctual and genuinely seem to have Dad's best interests at heart. Excellent communication with ourselves. Consistency is maintained through the various carers attending. Overall, we and Dad are very
happy. From an office and administration point of view, all staff have been helpful, thorough and of an exemplary standard. During Dad's care, it has allowed us to have peace of mind about the level of care Dad is receiving.

I just wanted to get in touch with Seren to, first of all, thank you for the care that your carers/support workers provide to my father on a daily basis.
It really does make a big difference where the care you provide gives my dad something to look forward to. I am the primary carer for my dad, so

He takes the time to talk to him in our own language (Urdu), which is easier for my dad to speak and understand, as English is his second language.
They have generated a really good relationship, and he will always ask him ‘are you coming tomorrow’?

The Seren Support team have been calling twice weekly to assist with my husband's shower. I am extremely grateful for this as it is quite a difficult task for me. I have an ongoing back problem, which puts us both at risk, so help is very welcome.

My husband and I thank all the kind people who call on us. Thankful that we know someone will be here should help be needed. It has been good to see a smiling face and have a "wee" chat about this and that. We have shared laughter and been shown real empathy when it has been needed. Seren treats us

The carers are excellent and do everything stated on the care plan. My husband is treated with respect. I have full confidence that he is in safe, capable hands and that he feels comfortable. He would prefer the continuity of carers, but we understand that this has been a difficult time for the care
industry. When there are changes in times and carers, we would like to be kept informed.

My mum has been cared for by Seren for over six years. We consider ourselves to be very fortunate. Our carers are trustworthy, kind and loving... my mum says she feels "safe". Some staff have known her all this period, continuity of visits is excellent. As a daughter, who lives 2-hours away, I know
I can approach office staff between visits, and we enjoy a cooperative relationship. Well done, and thank you!
