The manager and their team of carers have been wonderful in looking after my dad . Always friendly and caring . All support staff and managers have answered any queries we may have promptly and efficiently.

Overall Experience

My mother has a 2 hour weekly sitting (no care) service provided by Seren. She likes to have the same carer every week and looks forward to their weekly chats. Her carer is always very well presented, timely and treats my mother as a valued friend rather than just a 'client'.

Overall Experience

Seren Support provided care for my husband whilst he was terminally ill. The carers were punctual, polite, friendly, caring and professional - it was a pleasure to welcome them into my home. A few of his carers had been on his journey with him for two years and the relationship they built was a blessing. The care given to my husband was of a high standard.

My mother is very happy with the care staff, they are always very respectful to my mother. They are helping to maintain my mother in her own home, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. As a family, we are more than happy with all the care and support that Seren agency give to my mother.

Staff are excellent and nothing too much trouble. Have carried out what I requested on the Care plan. Call times are excellent and staff very friendly, helpful and polite. Staff are very helpful and this service has taken the stress away from me a lot.

Regular carers are great, make loads of time for my grandfather and are happy to chat away. Can't fault them. Always on time, and very well-mannered. The carer is absolute class and can tell he cares about his clients.

As a family we are all pleased with the excellent standard of care that my father receives from his regular Seren carers.

Unfortunately, one of our initial regular carers who had been excellent, moved to a new job and there was a period where we had to have a variety of carers as replacement. However, during this period we were always pleased with standard of care and positive nature of the carers who attended.

Very pleased with the service being provided. It suits the needs of my friend and I am aware that Seren provide others services which we can request in the future.

The carer always arrives on time and on the odd occasion when they were running late, they phoned to let me know.

Overall Experience

The home care of Seren Support Services is of a pretty good standard. If there are any problems fulfilling the allotted time on a certain day, they will contact you as soon as possible and fill the spot at your convenience. My sister has been with Seren since 2015 and has had no problems whatsoever.

Overall Experience

I look after my grandad alongside the carers at Seren and they are so helpful and caring. If I'm not around I can always check the app and see how his day is going which gives me great peace of mind. The office will call if there is an issue or if carers will be late, which is great for someone like my grandad who loves his routine. Special shout out to his carers as the relationships they have built with my grandad and the rest of the family are lovely, I don't know what I'd do without their help. They are real-life angels.

Overall Experience

My husband has been with Seren since Covid 19 struck. From the start, he has received the best possible care. There has been a major staff change over the past year and we were both concerned that standards would drop. However, these fears were unfounded. My husband together with his regular carers have formed a strong bond. They are professional caring compassionate and trustworthy what more could you ask for.

Seren Support Services is delivering an excellent service and we, as a family, are secure in the knowledge that we do not have to worry about the care and support of our family members in our absence. My father has been having support from Seren Support for a couple of months now and we are very pleased with the care he is receiving. He has 4 calls per day and the carers are always very friendly and helpful and on time. There is good continuity of support as he sees the same carers regularly and he has built up a good relationship with them. They also contact me if they have any concerns about him which gives me peace of mind. We are very happy with the care he is receiving and we would highly recommend Seren Support.

My brother has been receiving care for a number of years now and we are both very happy with the level of care provided. My brother has his favourites, particularly those who share his sense of humour, but all carers treat him respectfully and take time to get to know him. Office staff deal effectively with changing needs. As I live at a distance from him, being able to see the daily carers' notes on the app is a real comfort to me.

As a new client with Seren Support Services for close to one month, my brother and I have seen a very immediate and positive effect the care staff are having on our mum's quality of life at home, which in turn has boosted our mum's confidence greatly to receive 3 visits per day, 7 days per week. The Seren Support staff have extremely warm caring personalities and take the time to chat and be great company, as well as being great carers to our mum. We look forward to the relationship becoming deeper over time. Many thanks to Seren Support for helping our mum smile again and be happy at home.

The manager came to visit my Dad to conduct a service review and I was also there. I was so impressed with him - he was extremely kind and patient with my Dad, and made sure to ask thoughtful questions to make sure he got the correct information to make a judgement on the quality of care received and what changes needed to be made. Extremely thorough and professional.

Additionally, the care that Dad has received from Seren over the past few months has been fantastic. Both his regular carers and fill-in carers treat him with kindness and respect, and carry out their duties well. We have had the occasion to contact the office a few times due to Dad being in hospital, or other last-minute arrangements, and they are always extremely friendly and helpful.

Overall Experience

I feel the carers are well trained and know their job. They are pleasant and treat the client with respect. They are reliable, also easy to have in the house. As the client lives with us it’s important that the carers get on with us (his brother and sister-in-law) too. I’m glad of their support and advice at times as we aren’t young people and it can be hard to be carers at times when we have our own health issues.
