Seren Support Services provide invaluable support for an elderly friend who has dementia. This support allows her to live on her own and to retain a significant degree of independence. We have been service users of SerenSupport Services now for approximately 18 months and in that time I have found
the service to be excellent.
The carers are very thoughtful and speak to my friend in a respectful manner. A few stand out in terms of their manner though. Two, in particular, have been particularly helpful and so very kind.
It's reassuring to know that she is being cared for by people who are in the right job! Thank you Seren Support Services keep up the good work!

My mother has had a care package provided by Seren for almost a year. Carers have been professional, friendly and generally very dementia aware. With their support we have been able to maintain my mother in her own home for longer than expected considering her diminishing skills. We as a family appreciate
Seren for their consistency and continued support.

Great company. Always a pleasure seeing the carers come to look after my wife.

Seren have provided care for my mum for the last 11 months and I cannot thank them enough for the care and support that they have given. Not only has this obviously been for my mum's benefit but also for us as a family, taking the pressure off us and helping us rest assured that my mum is safe and well
looked after. The carers are fantastic and would go out of their way on a daily basis to ensure my mum was comfortable at home. I would recommend Seren to look after your loved ones in a heartbeat.
