Staff are very good and happy with the service provided no complaints.

The girls that come to me are absolutely brilliant. They are friendly, likeable and treat me like I am one of them. They never make me feel like I am asking too much of them and will always go the extra step to help me.

Just keep up the good work.

Some of the carers are good, a few are not so good. The times of the calls are not very suitable but hopefully, they can be changed, when a slot becomes available.

Sometimes helpful, sometimes not. Don't always follow through when asking things.

My mother has had a care package provided by Seren for almost a year. Carers have been professional, friendly and generally very dementia aware. With their support we have been able to maintain my mother in her own home for longer than expected considering her diminishing skills.
