They are all very helpful and prepared to assist with any simple extra requests, such as drawing curtains, where time and need permits. Overall, my Dad could not be happier with the service provided and kindness shown by the carers calling. Messages get passed on, on the few occasions we have needed to call the office. Overall everything is running very professionally and well.

I would definitely recommend them to any family in need of carers for their loved ones .
My mum and dad love having them around .They are full of good and welcomed advice . They ask how mum and dad are feeling each day , and are always prepared to listen , chat with them and share stories . We feel a definite bond has been created .
If there are concerns with mum and dad's health we are notified . If they are running late , due to unforeseen circumstances , we get a call to manage mum and dad's expectations .
They even gave my mum a card and gift for her birthday . She was touched and over the moon .
I can't speak highly enough of the team . Exceptional . Keep up the good work .

is aware of, truly mind bogling they can do this negligence at its best. She is supposed to have a shower twice a week, not much to ask really, being 90 she needs help, yep no shower now for weeks. Management of Seren aware, but they obviously can't be bothered to answer numerous emails sent by my siblings, so hence the review. Good luck anyone using Seren it's absolutely appalling care!!!!!

needs are met. They really are a credit to the company. We nearly always have at least 1 of the regular team attend her calls and I am always told in advance if on occasions the team member is not one of the usual carers due to annual leave etc. My mum enjoys interaction with new people so this is not an issue for us. I have also had positive interactions if I have had to contact the office with any queries, requests or updates and support when needing to deal with outside agencies. All in all we feel truly blessed to have the Seren team involved in our lives so mum can continue living at home with her family.

They carry out their tasks in a professional manner and if there is a problem the carers will contact the office and sometimes me or another family member directly to discuss any issues. The carers bring with them their own unique personalities, and they make connections with my brother in a variety of ways, one carer sings which cheers him up.
The staff at the office are always available to listen and help if we contact them. One staff member in particular is quick to notice if a carer has a concern and contacts family to discuss options.
As a family we are very happy with the care received by Seren Support.

needs with supporting meals, drinks, dressing etc. Having the same few woman in a cycle really helps and we thank the team for achieving this to make the whole journey a lot better.
All staff members are always wearing the correct uniform, clean, gloves and shoe covers (as per requested for our home which we provide)
4/5 stars only down to the fact we feel some new staff could have slightly longer training periods & coaching on communication skills when entering the homes of service users.
The care app is a great tool for the service users and all family members to stay up to date with visits, how mum is throughout the day - giving you that peace of mind when you're out working etc.
