My dad has been able to remain independent due in part to the service they provide

I am very pleased with the cares,they been eccalant with the work that they are doing, the are very friendly. with the wife, she get on very well with them, the are laughing with each other they clean my wife very well every days.

My father and I are extremely happy with the service and care Seren provide for him. My father was reluctant to have carers but following a fall had no choice. Since they have come on board they are invariably on time, are friendly and considerate and he has struck up quite a rapport with the 2 main carers who call. He is extremely pleased it is male carers who look after him, helping to preserve his dignity. They are all very helpful and prepared to assist with any simple extra requests, such as drawing curtains, where time and need permits. Overall, my Dad could not be happier with the service provided and kindness shown by the carers calling. Messages get passed on, on the few occasions we have needed to call the office. Overall everything is running very professionally and well.

I am very happy with the care that is given to my mother. The carers are always friendly, respectful, professional and above all trustworthy. As a care company, Seren provides a very good service with a commendable team of carers.

I'm happy with ur work at mo and Carole loves miriama and Barbara very much and only trust them and happy with what they do for her as she is very special to me as I used to be a carer and know what to expect as I never had any problems when I was working I had praises every time for my work and my love to my service user

Absolutely amazing team

My mum is waiting a consult for memory clinic NHS. Unfortunately she needs carers to give her meds, as she can't remember when or if she's taken them, so they are locked in a safe. Twice the safe has been left wide open, worryingly, as she has expressed the wish to not be here anymore, which her GP is aware of, truly mind bogling they can do this negligence at its best. She is supposed to have a shower twice a week, not much to ask really, being 90 she needs help, yep no shower now for weeks. Management of Seren aware, but they obviously can't be bothered to answer numerous emails sent by my siblings, so hence the review. Good luck anyone using Seren it's absolutely appalling care!!!!!

I am happy knowing that the staff treat my mum with dignity and show an interest in her general wellbeing.

Just started using this service from Seren. I did not know the company but am very happy with the service provided and the carers sent to me.

The carers are experienced and are happy to chat with me. I hope the care provided continues at the current level as I will be very happy.

The care I have from Seren is superb. There's attention to detail in the tasks they perform and they are always polite and warm in their dealings with me. As well as the practical activities an essential element in their care is conversation. That is crucial if you spend most of your day in bed. Diolch yn fawr Seren.

My mum has been using the support from Seren Support Services for just over 1.5 years. She has 2 carers 4 times a day due to her needs. We have been very fortunate with the team of carers allocated to her. They are absolutely amazing and my mum adores them. They go above and beyond to ensure all her needs are met. They really are a credit to the company. We nearly always have at least 1 of the regular team attend her calls and I am always told in advance if on occasions the team member is not one of the usual carers due to annual leave etc. My mum enjoys interaction with new people so this is not an issue for us. I have also had positive interactions if I have had to contact the office with any queries, requests or updates and support when needing to deal with outside agencies. All in all we feel truly blessed to have the Seren team involved in our lives so mum can continue living at home with her family.

I got two fantastic carers they get up every morning on time and do a brilliant job with no job to small because they do the job so well it sets me up for the day.....and I got a great support that comes to see me and make sure I am getting the best service......

As a family we are very happy with the care received by Seren Support.

Excellent service form the carers, we use them for additional private care as well as council supported care. Always kind and empathetic towards my father and work hard to keep him clean and comfortable.

The care app is a great tool for the service users and all family members to stay up to date with visits, how mum is throughout the day - giving you that peace of mind when you're out working etc.
