My 63-year-old husband has been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer, and I found myself in a position where I needed a morning call every day to help him with personal care.
Seren came to me via the trust, and I had no previous knowledge of them.
Thank you, Seren; during the past six months, you have provided continuity of carers who arrive on time. We have also established a good routine which works well for my husband.
Carers are empathetic, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home.

My only negative is that sometimes care visits can seem just a little bit quick, so I wonder if care is as thorough as it could be.
