Really unhappy with this agency. Hate complaining but this agency claims to meet the needs of those with sensory issues, claims to be ASC aware and is constantly failing. The staff are unhappy and are planning to leave. The rota always made up as they go along. A horrific experience of this agency.
The staff are nice but inadequately trained and I feel worse every time they leave. Always having to correct their ongoing mistakes and am living in hell due to the lack of understanding of care needs. Total mess. I do not trust this firm to take care of anyone I loved and I am having to self-advocate, it is destroying me trying to deal with this company.
