The care was arranged by the trust as part of an emergency care plan we'd set up. The carer provided 9hrs of care on 2 consecutive days. They were very quick to assess the care needs and worked with kindness and efficiency. My parents and I had complete trust in them and they restored calm to a challenging situation I'd 100% reccomend the service.

Once again an excellent prompt service. Kind, considerate, caring, diligent and careful, patiently paying attention to detail. It was lovely that we already knew this member of staff from a previous occasion. Thank you.

We are more than pleased with all the excellent care and support we have had from Beryl Care. Our wonderful carer initially came to us through an emergency care plan to look after my mother who has Alzheimer's when my father was taken into hospital, then stayed on when my father returned home, to help and support him in the early days of his recovery. The care she provided was of the highest quality and was delivered with exceptional kindness, respect and patience, and always with a smile, and my parents loved her. She provided feedback and practical advice relating to our parents' wellbeing which was invaluable, and would do anything and everything she could to help. She made a difficult and stressful time so much easier to get through for all of us and we couldn't have asked for more.

Amazing! We had a delightful young man stay with us for two weeks to look after my husband. What an absolute treasure he is. He looked after my husband amazingly. Would definitely recommend this company. We are seriously going to miss him.

For the entire five weeks the care provided was exceptional originally for my wife alone and then for both my wife and.myself. It seems that in no time she became part of my family. I would have no hesitation in recommending Beryl Care to any other client.

My mother has recently been diagnosed with alzheimers and has never had a professional carer before, always reliant on my father who had been taken into hospital. We needed temporary care cover before family members could be present. At first reluctant to have a stranger in the home my mum felt so at ease and well looked after that 5 stars is the only option here! Thank you Beryl Care it was spot on

My mother was taken into hospital and we needed someone to care for my father, who has dementia. We were able to access short-term care through a charity for carers. The carer that they sent was amazing. She cared for Dad in a professional and caring manner which allowed us to concentrate on our mother. We felt confident that Dad was being looked after.

The carer looked after my dad for the third time this year. We are always impressed by his companionship and empathy towards my dad. We always feel that Dad is in safe hands and every need taken care of. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Many thanks for your help looking after my mother (who has dementia) while my father had a short stay in hospital. The carer was superb and made Mum completely at ease and enjoyed talking to her throughout. Thank you.

In January 2024 I was struggling to cope with my husband's Alzheimer's. I engaged Beryl Care Services who provided a day a week which increased in May to full-time care until August. Having been an active farmer all his life, my husband still wanted to do what he had always done. At times he was extremely challenging for the carers. They were amazing and so very kind to me as well as my husband. The office manager was contactable at all times, including weekends. My husband went into a care home for two weeks respite, Beryl Care were due to resume on his return. He was discharged early from the home with a severe chest infection. I had no one, it was an emergency. Within a few hours, Beryl Care provided one of their senior carers. I do not know what I would have done without them, they just coped. Obviously, there are some carers with whom one has a better rapport than others but that is normal. My husband's condition now requires 24-hour specialist nursing so he is in a care home.

Very pleased with the live-in service we received for my dad, while my mum had to have some respite for a few days. The transition was easy and my dad received the best care. It was so nice not having to worry about him. The fact he could be cared for in his own home was also a great help with his dementia. Would definitely recommend and we will get using the service again.

This was our first time using a 24-hour carer. My husband has Dementia and I was not sure how he would take to a stranger dealing with him. On my return, I found him quite relaxed and settled. All had gone smoothly and everything was clean and tidy. I would have no worries leaving him in Beryl Care Services again.

I have been very pleased with the care on offer. The care worker is well-qualified and has experience dealing with elderly dementia patients. Nothing was too much trouble. Difficult issues were handled firmly but with kindness. No problems.

Very pleased with the live in care provided to my wife by Care Services following my short period in hospital. The carer was very professional, dedicated and passion-driven. She also integrated seamlessly into our household and provided the support to my wife which I was unable to provide. My wife liked her company.

We cannot recommend Beryl Care Services enough. They looked after my mum-in-law while Dad-in-law was in hospital. My mum-in-law was very reluctant to have a carer but quickly became very fond of her. Mum=in-law has not looked so well in a long time, the care she received went above and beyond. She was always treated with kindness and respect, also caring for Dad-in-law when he came home. We will be forever grateful for the exemplary way Mum=in-law was looked after and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Changeover was smooth and everything feels normal. The carer that came to relieve blended well, you would expect to feel a change in procedure but he fit into the daily routine as if he had always been there, chatty and bubbly chap he is. The service offered is reassuring and comfortable as I feel my wife is well taken care of.

Highly recommend using Beryl Care Services. At short notice, my dad was taken into hospital and we needed someone to come and live with my mum as she has Parkinson's and needs help all day long. Within a few hours of my phone call, we had a plan set up and a carer on the way to help with my mum's daily life. Within a very short time my mum was settled and cooking a cake in the kitchen so with that I wasn't worried at all about what and how my mum was going to cope at home without Dad. The two weeks went by extremely fast and we are so happy we booked up for my dad's operation with the same carer as she is (5 stars) so if you read this review I hope you have or will have the same experience as me as I did. Definitely using Beryl Care again and will recommend them to anyone as knowing with a few hours your loved ones are looked after is worth it.

The carer came in as emergency care for my mum whilst my dad was in hospital. The 24/7 care provided for 3 weeks was exceptional. The carer was kind, caring and professional. The improvement in both my mum's physical and mental health was amazing. The carer and care manager were always communicating with the family giving us great comfort and reassurance that Mum was safe and extremely well looked after. This carried on when Dad came out of hospital. The care, respect and dignity shown towards my parents was exemplary. Especially as this was their first experience of intimate care. Our only wish would be that could have continued on longer.

The carers at Beryl Care Services have transformed our lives. They care for my Dad very well and always treat him with respect and cater for his needs. We have been lucky to have them to care for my dad and I would recommend them without hesitation. They have been warm, caring and welcoming to our whole family and have given us many precious memories with my dad.

In January 2024 I was struggling to cope with my husband's Alzheimer's. I engaged Beryl Care Services who provided a day a week which increased in May to full-time care until August. Having been an active farmer all his life, my husband still wanted to do what he had always done. At times he was extremely challenging for the carers. They were amazing and so very kind to me as well as my husband. The office manager was contactable at all times, including weekends. My husband went into a care home for two weeks respite, Beryl Care were due to resume on his return. He was discharged early from the home with a severe chest infection. I had no one, it was an emergency. Within a few hours, Beryl Care provided one of their senior carers. I do not know what I would have done without them, they just coped. Obviously, there are some carers with whom one has a better rapport than others but that is normal. My husband's condition now requires 24-hour specialist nursing so he is in a care home.

Within a very short time my mum was settled and cooking a cake in the kitchen so with that I wasn't worried at all about what and how my mum was going to cope at home without Dad. The two weeks went by extremely fast and we are so happy we booked up for my dad's operation with the same carer as she is (5 stars) so if you read this review I hope you have or will have the same experience as me as I did. Definitely using Beryl Care again and will recommend them to anyone as knowing with a few hours your loved ones are looked after is worth it.
