Fantastic experience - the care was set up as my mum who is carer for my dad (who has advanced dementia) became ill. It was very easy to set up the care for the very next day. Our carer Damaris has been amazing! Caring, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Mum says she anticipates everything that
needs to be done without being asked and it has really put our minds at rest! Many thanks, would thoroughly recommend!

I have Cared for my Husband who has Dementia and Parkinson's Disease since 2017. In January 2026 , I became very poorly with a Urine infection, which effected my kidneys. I was completely wiped out. Our Daughter brought in a Carer from Beryl , she came to live with us, doing everything. We would
have had to go into a Care Home , but this experience has been so much better for us. She has done everything with so much Care and cheerful willingness. I have felt safe and really well looked after.

The emergency care plan was activated for my wife as I was taken in to hospital and my wife could not be left alone
From the start the care has been excellent in every way they have a routine in place for my wife which will make things easier for me.
My wife is so relaxed any problems they deal
with in such a professional manner with ease and care and kindness
Beryl care services are second to none I can not thank them enough

My husband and carer was rushed into hospital for an emergency operation.
I need 24/7 care; Beryl Care Services responded imediately and my live in carer is and has been such a tower
of strength during this stressful time.
My husband returned home and both of us received their support with
advice about food, rest
and all kept our spirits up with their cheerful guidance.
All of their carers are friendly, kind and fully trained, therefor providing for every aspect of health
and safety needs. Their support has been exceptional with timely updates on routines and visits.
We have used several care companies but none with such comprehensive vigilance, focus, advice and encouragement.

This was an emergency care plan which had been arranged by his partner through the Trust for my elderly brother if anything unexpected happened to her as he has Dementia. Unfortunately, in the middle of the night, his partner took ill and was taken to the hospital. From the middle of that day, he
has had a live-in carer from Beryl Care. The carer has been wonderful and has been so kind to my brother. He has helped him to get ready for bed, also with his showering, prepared and cooked all his meals. My brother liked to go out for a walk, and he was taken each day by the carer. The service from Beryl Care has been 100% as we have had to change and extend times of caring service at short notice, but they have always been supportive. The carer has been excellent in everything he has done for my brother, and he has taken a lot of problems I could have had as I do not live locally. My brother has been happy with his carer which made everything much easier as well. Excellent Service.

Beryl Care agreed to meet my mother in her own home and the manager & a carer came to check the safety of the bathroom etc.and to discuss live-in care in person. My mother was also able to meet the live-in carer before she moved in - other companies did not offer either service. The main carer was
a delightful, warm young woman who made a connection with my mother straightaway. She was kind, gentle, reassuring and nothing seemed to ruffle her. She supported my mother in her day-to-day living, shopping, cooking, cleaning, getting ready, going out. I felt I could trust her implicitly. I was not so happy that the company did not give her all the time off to which she was entitled. My mother was made anxious when she thought a changeover carer was going to come for the day and then this was cancelled at short notice. The changeover carers were all superb, both the 2 male and female carers who made mum laugh and were very supportive. Overall, good quality care with respect.

The care provided was excellent. The live in carers gave us as family peace of mind as to mothers wellbeing. They kept us in the loop as to varying needs that arose and provided stability for her at a difficult time. Channel's of communication being kept open between the carers, their management
team and ourselves ensured consistency.

I would not recommend this care provider under any circumstances. They repeatedly failed to turn up for shifts without any notice; removed a Support Worker at extremely short notice without explanation, leaving my daughter without the vital support she needs; and ultimately withdrew all support
entirely, with no communication. Despite emails requesting clarification, I have received no response. Their lack of professionalism and care has been utterly appalling. Avoid this provider.

The care was arranged by the trust as part of an emergency care plan we'd set up.
The carer provided 9hrs of care on 2 consecutive days.
They were very quick to assess the care needs and worked with kindness and efficiency. My parents and I had complete trust in them and they restored calm to a
challenging situation
I'd 100% reccomend the service.

Once again an excellent prompt service. Kind, considerate, caring, diligent and careful, patiently paying attention to detail. It was lovely that we already knew this member of staff from a previous occasion. Thank you.

We are more than pleased with all the excellent care and support we have had from Beryl Care. Our wonderful carer initially came to us through an emergency care plan to look after my mother who has Alzheimer's when my father was taken into hospital, then stayed on when my father returned home, to
help and support him in the early days of his recovery. The care she provided was of the highest quality and was delivered with exceptional kindness, respect and patience, and always with a smile, and my parents loved her. She provided feedback and practical advice relating to our parents' wellbeing which was invaluable, and would do anything and everything she could to help. She made a difficult and stressful time so much easier to get through for all of us and we couldn't have asked for more.

Amazing! We had a delightful young man stay with us for two weeks to look after my husband. What an absolute treasure he is. He looked after my husband amazingly. Would definitely recommend this company. We are seriously going to miss him.

For the entire five weeks the care provided was exceptional originally for my wife alone and then for both my wife and.myself. It seems that in no time she became part of my family.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Beryl Care to any other client.

My mother has recently been diagnosed with alzheimers and has never had a professional carer before, always reliant on my father who had been taken into hospital. We needed temporary care cover before family members could be present. At first reluctant to have a stranger in the home my mum felt so
at ease and well looked after that 5 stars is the only option here! Thank you Beryl Care it was spot on

My mother was taken into hospital and we needed someone to care for my father, who has dementia. We were able to access short-term care through a charity for carers. The carer that they sent was amazing. She cared for Dad in a professional and caring manner which allowed us to concentrate on our
mother. We felt confident that Dad was being looked after.

The carer looked after my dad for the third time this year. We are always impressed by his companionship and empathy towards my dad. We always feel that Dad is in safe hands and every need taken care of.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

In January 2024 I was struggling to cope with my husband's Alzheimer's. I engaged Beryl Care Services who provided a day a week which increased in May to full-time care until August.
Having been an active farmer all his life, my husband still wanted to do what he had always done. At times he was
extremely challenging for the carers. They were amazing and so very kind to me as well as my husband.
The office manager was contactable at all times, including weekends. My husband went into a care home for two weeks respite, Beryl Care were due to resume on his return. He was discharged early from the home with a severe chest infection. I had no one, it was an emergency. Within a few hours, Beryl Care provided one of their senior carers. I do not know what I would have done without them, they just coped.
Obviously, there are some carers with whom one has a better rapport than others but that is normal.
My husband's condition now requires 24-hour specialist nursing so he is in a care home.

Very pleased with the live-in service we received for my dad, while my mum had to have some respite for a few days. The transition was easy and my dad received the best care. It was so nice not having to worry about him. The fact he could be cared for in his own home was also a great help with his
dementia. Would definitely recommend and we will get using the service again.
