Clearly a misplaced review, nothing to do with our support, not our client, please liaise with your provider. We look after vulnerable people with commitment. People have appreciated our efforts and the difference we continue to make, especially in emergency and desperate situations any day and time , as shown in their touching and consistently top reviews dating back 7 years! on this platform, homecare.co.uk. We always humbly acknowledge and don't take their feedback for granted. It gives us the energy to keep working hard. It has also made more people, who look after loved ones, aware of and sign up for emergency support for instance, which is funded help and extremely useful.We shall not let this review distract us from our important focus and hopefully it does not mislead people who may be in real need, and could benefit from the very helpful and effective emergency support in Hampshire that we take part in and we are relied upon to do.
