The service provided is very helpful. It enables me to undertake tasks away from my wife without having the worry if she is OK. We have had various carers and my wife is comfortable with them. Keep up the good work.
Thank you very much indeed for the review. It is very encouraging to all of us.
Always reliable and on time and caring.
My special carer has the ability to be a friend and is interested in my life. With visits to places of interest, museums, airfields, National Trust Houses, gardens and Historical Places. Has taken me to the Doctors. We share the same music interests, films and local churches.
Thank you very much indeed for the encouraging review. It is very helpful indeed.
Both carers demonstrated excellent knowledge of conditions and were extremely professional. Very polite and easy to get on with. Showed great care to my mum and dad and his discharge from hospital. Mum is a very private person but took to both carers straight away. I can't thank them both enough.
Thank you very much indeed for your review. We are very pleased and encouraged to keep up the good work.
Beryl Care Services provided care at very short notice which we much appreciated. The manager was extremely helpful and very approachable, thank you. The carers were excellent and went above and beyond their duty. A huge thank you to you all.
Thank you very much for your review. It is a source of encouragement for us to carry on with the good work.
It was not explained on the phone when I requested the plan to be put in place, that care was only for three days. No advice or assistance offered to gain ongoing care after three days. (Not helpful to me)
I was very pleased with the carers quiet, yet persuasive way. The client's very strong and frequently difficult personality made establishing a relationship tricky. Perseverance did achieve a lot. I was happy too, with the communication with the carer's manager which was very supportive.
Thank you very much indeed for taking time to review our service. That is very encouraging.
We used a "sitting" service to stay overnight so that I could get a decent night's sleep, have been constantly "on-call" to care for my terminally ill wife. The sitter was very polite, helpful and efficient - arrived on time at 10pm and was not in a hurry to leave at 7am. Can't comment on staff, management or value for money as this is part of a palliative care service. Organisers at Beryl Care Services are very helpful. Overall - excellent.
She prepared food and tea and kept him company, then did the same with Mum when she got back from hospital until family arrived.
Thank you very much indeed for the review. We are encouraged to carry on the good work.
This carer was prompt and hardworking. She struck up a relationship with my wife and helped with her personal care. This carer looked for work that needed to be done and was very thorough and efficient.
Thank you very much for your review. It is very encouraging indeed.
In a time of dire need, Beryl Care Services were an absolute godsend. The service was second to none and greatly appreciated. Excellent staff and management. Would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.
Beryl Care was suggested to me at a particularly challenging time during my 98-year-old mother's care.
A change of medication meant that my Mother's sleeping patterns had changed and the live-in day carer was feeling extremely tired after being woken up several times a night.
The Beryl carer was able to sit with Mum when she woke and led her gently back to bed, and then sleep. The whole situation with the live-in carer stabilised.
I am most grateful, otherwise Mum may have ended up in hospital or a care home. The live-in care agency may have withdrawn their care.
My mum as dementia and my dad was taken ill and is in intensive care with a life-threatening illness, The Princess Trust supported me with this company and sent an emergency live-in carer and she is brilliant. She is respectful of the situation and is a life line for us at our time of need. I can't thank her enough for responding and being at my parents home within 4hours. Thanks to the partnership of the care company and the Royal Princess Trust, it has made a difficult situation more bearable and reassuring that we can focus on my dad in intensive care knowing my mum is in safe hands. Thank you, everyone, that has made this possible, you're all angels in my eyes.
