My mother was taken into hospital and we needed someone to care for my father, who has dementia. We were able to access short-term care through a charity for carers. The carer that they sent was amazing. She cared for Dad in a professional and caring manner which allowed us to concentrate on our mother. We felt confident that Dad was being looked after.

I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Very pleased with the live-in service we received for my dad, while my mum had to have some respite for a few days. The transition was easy and my dad received the best care. It was so nice not having to worry about him. The fact he could be cared for in his own home was also a great help with his dementia. Would definitely recommend and we will get using the service again.

This was our first time using a 24-hour carer. My husband has Dementia and I was not sure how he would take to a stranger dealing with him. On my return, I found him quite relaxed and settled. All had gone smoothly and everything was clean and tidy. I would have no worries leaving him in Beryl Care Services again.

I have been very pleased with the care on offer. The care worker is well-qualified and has experience dealing with elderly dementia patients. Nothing was too much trouble. Difficult issues were handled firmly but with kindness. No problems.

Very pleased with the live in care provided to my wife by Care Services following my short period in hospital. The carer was very professional, dedicated and passion-driven. She also integrated seamlessly into our household and provided the support to my wife which I was unable to provide. My wife liked her company.

She was always treated with kindness and respect, also caring for Dad-in-law when he came home. We will be forever grateful for the exemplary way Mum=in-law was looked after and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Changeover was smooth and everything feels normal. The carer that came to relieve blended well, you would expect to feel a change in procedure but he fit into the daily routine as if he had always been there, chatty and bubbly chap he is. The service offered is reassuring and comfortable as I feel my wife is well taken care of.

Highly recommend using Beryl Care Services. At short notice, my dad was taken into hospital and we needed someone to come and live with my mum as she has Parkinson's and needs help all day long. Within a few hours of my phone call, we had a plan set up and a carer on the way to help with my mum's daily life. Within a very short time my mum was settled and cooking a cake in the kitchen so with that I wasn't worried at all about what and how my mum was going to cope at home without Dad. The two weeks went by extremely fast and we are so happy we booked up for my dad's operation with the same carer as she is (5 stars) so if you read this review I hope you have or will have the same experience as me as I did. Definitely using Beryl Care again and will recommend them to anyone as knowing with a few hours your loved ones are looked after is worth it.

The carer came in as emergency care for my mum whilst my dad was in hospital. The 24/7 care provided for 3 weeks was exceptional. The carer was kind, caring and professional. The improvement in both my mum's physical and mental health was amazing. The carer and care manager were always communicating with the family giving us great comfort and reassurance that Mum was safe and extremely well looked after. This carried on when Dad came out of hospital. The care, respect and dignity shown towards my parents was exemplary. Especially as this was their first experience of intimate care. Our only wish would be that could have continued on longer.

Beryl provided care for my wife aged 83, who has advanced Alzheimer's and is disabled by osteoarthritis, when I was hospitalised after an accident. They continued to provide excellent live-in 24/7 care for four weeks after the my accident, whilst I recovered. The quality of care was outstanding and the carer was very capable, helpful and friendly - I cannot speak too highly of her ability and attitude to what is a very demanding level of care. I will not hesitate to use Beryl Care and that particular carer again, if she is available. On the second occasion I used this provider, I took a short break away from home. My wife needs 24/7 care. At my request, the same carer was provided and she again gave outstandingly excellent care. My break was unfortunately cut short due to problems with my car but Beryl Care immediately understood and cut short, at my request, the period involved. Excellent care and provider.

Saying goodbye to our lovely carer was actually really emotional as she became part of the family and I thank her from the bottom of my heart for all that she did for my mum.

One carer, in particular, was wonderful, we wished that she could be our mother's full-time carer all the time. This carer deserves all the accolade that is worthy of the care she gave our mother during the short time she carried out her job. We are very grateful for her, she made our family time away stress-free, we were confident in her abilities and her high level of care.

We have found Beryl Care to be a very very good provider of home care. From the first day, care was provided through the past 2 months. They have been brilliant. The quality of the carers has been great and has enabled my parents to remain together in their home.

The 24hr live-in care provided for my mother, who suffers from dementia and Alzheimer's, has been exemplary. The patience and gentle professionalism of the carers has improved my mother's well-being enormously. Challenging behaviour is expertly handled with friendly gentleness. The carers expertise has greatly helped both the patient and the extended family. I cannot praise the carers enough. The Beryl management have proved to be accessible, diligent and responsive to any requests or queries.
