We received the very best care for both my parents over a period of 4 months. The carers that lived in were all very professional, kind, friendly and looked after my parents with dignity. We would definitely recommend Berylcare. The managers were always available when I called and managed to arrange

I was taken into hospital very suddenly leaving my 81-year-old mother alone and without care. I immediately asked my daughter-in-law to get in touch with Princess Royal Trust and arrange for a carer for Mum. Immediately a carer was dispatched to us and looked after Mum in the most caring and loving
way. I too was most thankful and able to recover in the hospital for a few days. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Beryl services have provided amazing care for my Dad over the last 3 months. He is always treated with respect and dignity. My Dad wants to continue living at home and ultimately live independently again and the carers have been fantastic at helping him achieve this. They have been really supportive
and good companions throughout. I really appreciate all their care and support over the past few months.

Beryl Care Services was the first agency I applied to for help with caring for my mother. I had not heard of Beryl Care before, nor had I been given a recommendation, but within a few minutes of our first meeting I felt comfortable and totally confident that I had chosen the right agency.
These lovely
people have looked after my mother with such incredible kindness. They are like trusted members of our family who work tirelessly to ensure that my mother is safe and happy in her home. They have made themselves available day and night, to guide and reassure us through the difficulties of dementia.
They are patient, considerate, professional and trustworthy and I'm very grateful to have found them. Entrusting my mother's well-being with Beryl Care was the best decision I could have made.

My carer has been with me for all of 2020 and some of last year. She is extremely kind and thoughtful and feels part of my family. Nothing is too much trouble and I don't know how I would manage without her. She even puts up with all the moaning and groaning and we laugh at all sorts of things.

This service has allowed me to have a much-needed break, as times can be difficult. The person they sent, took time to get to know my wife and gain trust, and they have a good relationship. This allows me to relax when I have this free time. I couldn't wish for a better person. Nothing is too much trouble.

Very professional and efficient service from both office management and caring staff themselves.
My father was in hospital with a urine infection and my mother who suffers from Parkinson’s disease and is at a high risk of falling could not be left on her own particularly during the night.
Caring team
were brilliant, very attentive and helpful.
I cannot thank them all enough for what they did during this time.

Beryl Care Services have been a lifeline for my situation. This care came about through the Take A Break scheme. I care for my mother with dementia 24/7 and find it difficult to get out to do chores or meet with friends. I now have 2 hours a week to get some exercise by walking into town. I skip down
the road knowing I'm just a phone call away but, more importantly, knowing there is a responsible, caring person with Mamma.
The carer is excellent; she turns up before her allotted time, engages brilliantly with Mamma, encourages her to participate in baking, cooking, paints her nails, engages in humourous conversation etc. On my return, the carer doesn't rush off, instead she spends time making sure all is well.
Having this support from Beryl Care Agency ensures that both Mamma and I have a refreshing break for 2 hours every week. Thank you.

After many years as a carer, now having these 2 hours a week when I can leave my husband in safe hands is wonderful. He is quite happy to be left in the care of the support worker who is kind and friendly, she is also very flexible if need be.

The standard of care was amazing, from the first time we were introduced to the carers in Nov 18 to Oct 19 when they started the live-in care - Jan 2020. Nothing was too much trouble they looked after my mum so well with everything that was needed to support her. They became part of the family. I'm
just so extremely grateful to everyone involved in this care.

Excellent last minute overnight care for my father prior to him being moved to a nursing home. Everything arranged efficiently with the owner and the carers she provided were first class. I would highly recommend this service.

My special carer has the ability to be a friend and is interested in my life. With visits to places of interest, museums, airfields, National Trust Houses, gardens and Historical Places. Has taken me to the Doctors. We share the same music interests, films and local churches.

Both carers demonstrated excellent knowledge of conditions and were extremely professional. Very polite and easy to get on with. Showed great care to my mum and dad and his discharge from hospital. Mum is a very private person but took to both carers straight away. I can't thank them both enough.

The carer was good and helpful but was not on time as agreed. Late all three days.
It was not explained on the phone when I requested the plan to be put in place, that care was only for three days. No advice or assistance offered to gain ongoing care after three days. (Not helpful to me)

I was very pleased with the carers quiet, yet persuasive way. The client's very strong and frequently difficult personality made establishing a relationship tricky. Perseverance did achieve a lot. I was happy too, with the communication with the carer's manager which was very supportive.
