Beryl Care was able to come as a live-in carer for my father at very short notice. The care he received from one carer over the course of the next three and a half weeks was excellent. The carer was able to help with everything from personal hygiene to shopping and cooking. He would take my father out in the wheelchair to get fresh air, and the apartment was kept spotless. This meant that we were able to recharge our batteries, and we felt confident that my father was well cared for. The manager was also extremely helpful and caring and was able to ensure that her team were covering when the main carer needed his well-earned time off. We would definitely recommend Beryl Care to anyone who requires this type of help; they have been a blessing to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your help and care, especially the main carer, whom we all become very fond of, including my dad, for his calmness, kindness and patience.

Beryl Care cared for my mother-in-law from April 21 to July 21 during a rapidly changing time for her both in terms of mental capacity and physical capability. The care received was excellent, and the whole team so very caring and dedicated. The manager in particular often went above and beyond, such as coming out to assist a live-in carer in the middle of the night. We started with 5 hours of daily care which quickly progressed to live-in care as her condition was declining so fast. Her care from all was great but she formed a very close bond particularly with the daily carer who she loved and looked forward to her visits. The carer did some small things but that made her feel made special - dressing her in pretty scarves, doing her hair and finding nice scents for her to wear. The carer still remains in touch with the family and attended my mother-in-law's funeral, which we were all very touched by.

Cannot thank the manager enough, from my very first call on Easter weekend she was able to provide help for my mother, in particular, I would like to mention two people who went above and beyond in looking after her. Other people were also involved in her care and all were empathetic caring individuals who treated my mother with the utmost dignity. Thank you.

The care and attention my Mum received was exemplary. Our carer from Beryl Care Services was kind and considerate with empathy, but never patronising. They made suggestions to help and improve my mum's condition and involved themselves in other tasks to help our family, that were not in their remit. An absolute pleasure and Mum was kept well and healthy throughout the Services of Beryl Care. Thank you!

I would like to highly recommend this agency which was accessed via the Princess Royal Trust for emergency care of a dementia sufferer whose carer had been admitted to hospital. A carer was sent out as an emergency and arrived at 9.45 pm having only been called early evening. The 48 hour care given was excellent, she was caring, hard-working and exceeded all our expectations. Thank you so much.

This is an excellent agency which provides a high standard of care. The carers were excellent, committed, hard-working. The management support was excellent, with detailed notes provided on request, and an expert opinion from the manager to guide the planning and placement of carers and to deal with problems.

Nothing was too much trouble, and he was always conscientious and professional in his approach.

I was taken into hospital very suddenly leaving my 81-year-old mother alone and without care. I immediately asked my daughter-in-law to get in touch with Princess Royal Trust and arrange for a carer for Mum. Immediately a carer was dispatched to us and looked after Mum in the most caring and loving way. I too was most thankful and able to recover in the hospital for a few days. Beryl services have provided amazing care for my Dad over the last 3 months. He is always treated with respect and dignity. My Dad wants to continue living at home and ultimately live independently again and the carers have been fantastic at helping him achieve this. My carer has been with me for all of 2020 and some of last year. She is extremely kind and thoughtful and feels part of my family. Nothing is too much trouble and I don't know how I would manage without her. She even puts up with all the moaning and groaning and we laugh at all sorts of things.

After many years as a carer, now having these 2 hours a week when I can leave my husband in safe hands is wonderful. He is quite happy to be left in the care of the support worker who is kind and friendly, she is also very flexible if need be.

The standard of care was amazing, from the first time we were introduced to the carers in Nov 18 to Oct 19 when they started the live-in care - Jan 2020. Nothing was too much trouble they looked after my mum so well with everything that was needed to support her. They became part of the family.
