View Full Details of Leading Care LancashireThe majority 95% of the carers are really thoughtful kind and understanding and treat my husband with dignity, hold conversations with him are great at there job.
Our experience with all the staff at Leading Care Lancashire has been excellent - always helpful and understanding with dad having dementia as well its good for me to feel relaxed knowing they take good care and will ring if any problems. Sometimes due to staff shortages this can cause confusion for dad. But staff still always do their best.
Generally very good but sometimes carers do not have enough time to get from A to B leaving clients waiting. Always accommodating if extra help is needed.
We have had ongoing issues with communication from the company regards mum's documentation of care on the app despite several face to face meetings with manager. A safeguarding was raised and recommendations made which still have not been resolved. We are unable to see skin maps for pressure areas/ skin condition. No response from emails sent to manager. Still having different carers coming to the home who have never visited and do not know mum. We were assured there would be a care group but appreciate sickness needs to be covered.
Very satisfied at care and respect and friendship shown.
Excellent the carers that come to see to my husband are great and caring. The best. I trust them they know the job they are doing. Thank you to all of them. They deserve a medal the long hours they work they are kind and considerate.
The company has been looked after my husband for over a year. On the whole I have been very happy with the care provided. The carers are well trained. They treat both my husband and myself with the deepest respect! They are so kind thoughtful and cooperative when there has been an issue it has quickly been resolved. I cannot recommend these carers highly enough.
The care I receive from my regular carers is exemplary. I am notified if a carer is delayed. Carers listen to my instructions, which makes life easier. My main carers are very reliable and helpful. They make sure everything I need is done before they leave. I appreciate all your hard work, you know who you are. Many thanks.
I think your workers are an absolute credit to their profession. They are there for advice and help you whenever , never leave you feeling unwanted or uncared for.
On behalf of the family of the said client, we are extremely pleased with the care our stepfather has received.
I have found in my experience the care provided is quite professional. All carers are mostly kind and helpful.
We have used Leading Care for some years now to help with our disabled son and to provide some support to Dad and I. His key worker is great with our son, and we like seeing him every week. He is approachable, kind, and has a good rapport with my son and is an important part of our lives. We are very happy with Leading Care.
The company are brilliant they give the best care to my nan always on time and give the full time, best communication I've seen from alot of care company's. Anything she needs it's never to much for the staff
The vast majority of the carers, particularly the regular members of staff who attend to him are very knowledgeable and skilled in what they do. They are very friendly and approachable with my Dad and are always polite and work hard. The staff are very approachable to me and always willing to help. Management has been very professional with me and willing to be flexible.
On the whole, the experience has been a good one and Dad is comfortable and happy with the carers who come. He is treated with dignity and is well looked after. We are happy with the new times that have been implemented and it is better that his catheter bag is not getting too full in between visits (therefore making it safer for Dad). The only criticism I have is that I feel that if the carer is going to be over 30 minutes late that someone from the office should ring to inform Mum and she should not have to find the office to find out what's happening. She is in her 80's and not well herself so this can be very stressful especially if Dad's bag is getting full. I just want her to not have stressful situations when I am not here and I think this would help.
Very pleased with my father's care and when there are any problems I'm notified straight away.
I have no problem with the carers, they are so lovely with my husband, they talk to him, and encourage him, I can't say enough about them, I would recommend them to all. We are lucky to have them. Thank you.
Hi, I would like to give a massive thank you and top marks to all carers. They care for Dad so well, kind, caring and above and beyond expectations. Dad is not easy lately, his dementia is making him moody, bad-tempered and aggressive. They all cope so well and need a big pat on the back for their endless care of Dad. Love you all.
The staff are absolutely wonderful. Special shout out to the lady who has been an absolute rock for my aunt. The staff really go the extra mile to take care of all of my aunt's needs. We could not ask for more.
I strongly recommend Kare Plus Preston. The staff are friendly and compassionate with their clients. They take good care of my Aunty with their professional skills and are always very friendly and compassionate when they visit. She could not have been taken care of by better carers. Thank you Kare Plus for taking good care of my Aunty.
