The majority 95% of the carers are really thoughtful kind and understanding and treat my husband with dignity, hold conversations with him are great at there job.
Thank you very much for the great review, we'll continue to do our very best
Generally very good but sometimes carers do not have enough time to get from A to B leaving clients waiting. Always accommodating if extra help is needed.
Our experience with all the staff at Leading Care Lancashire has been excellent - always helpful and understanding with dad having dementia as well its good for me to feel relaxed knowing they take good care and will ring if any problems. Sometimes due to staff shortages this can cause confusion for dad. But staff still always do their best.
Still having different carers coming to the home who have never visited and do not know mum. We were assured there would be a care group but appreciate sickness needs to be covered.
Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear of your recent concerns and appreciate you raising them. As a family we've supported for several years, your trust means a great deal to us. We're reviewing this matter at a senior management level to ensure communication, documentation, and...
Very satisfied at care and respect and friendship shown.

The company has been looked after my husband for over a year. On the whole I have been very happy with the care provided. The carers are well trained. They treat both my husband and myself with the deepest respect! They are so kind thoughtful and cooperative when there has been an issue it has quickly been resolved. I cannot recommend these carers highly enough.
Best wishes
I am notified if a carer is delayed. Carers listen to my instructions, which makes life easier. My main carers are very reliable and helpful. They make sure everything I need is done before they leave.
I appreciate all your hard work, you know who you are.
Many thanks.
Thank you for your very kind words, we appreciate your generous feedback Thank you
I think your workers are an absolute credit to their profession. They are there for advice and help you whenever , never leave you feeling unwanted or uncared for.

On behalf of the family of the said client, we are extremely pleased with the care our stepfather has received.
I have found in my experience the care provided is quite professional. All carers are mostly kind and helpful.
Thank you for your kind words, we look forward to continuing to work together in the future.
We have used Leading Care for some years now to help with our disabled son and to provide some support to Dad and I. His key worker is great with our son, and we like seeing him every week. He is approachable, kind, and has a good rapport with my son and is an important part of our lives. We are very happy with Leading Care.
Thank you we really appreciate you taking time to give us great feedback we will share this with your carer also.Thank you
The company are brilliant they give the best care to my nan always on time and give the full time, best communication I've seen from alot of care company's. Anything she needs it's never to much for the staff
Thank you so much for the supportive comments. Knowing that we make a difference makes all the hard work worthwhile
Management has been very professional with me and willing to be flexible.
Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to send this lovely review.
On the whole, the experience has been a good one and Dad is comfortable and happy with the carers who come. He is treated with dignity and is well looked after. We are happy with the new times that have been implemented and it is better that his catheter bag is not getting too full in between visits (therefore making it safer for Dad). The only criticism I have is that I feel that if the carer is going to be over 30 minutes late that someone from the office should ring to inform Mum and she should not have to find the office to find out what's happening. She is in her 80's and not well herself so this can be very stressful especially if Dad's bag is getting full. I just want her to not have stressful situations when I am not here and I think this would help.
Thank you for your generous comments about our care staff and for helping us improve our service to your Dad.
Very pleased with my father's care and when there are any problems I'm notified straight away.
Thank you for your kind words, we appreciate every review and value feedback so that we may improve.
I have no problem with the carers, they are so lovely with my husband, they talk to him, and encourage him, I can't say enough about them, I would recommend them to all. We are lucky to have them. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your kind words and recognition of our hard work.
Hi, I would like to give a massive thank you and top marks to all carers. They care for Dad so well, kind, caring and above and beyond expectations. Dad is not easy lately, his dementia is making him moody, bad-tempered and aggressive. They all cope so well and need a big pat on the back for their endless care of Dad. Love you all.
Thank you for your review, we always strive to support and appreciate your review. We will continue to do all we can as company to support you and your dad at this difficult time. Thank you.
The staff are absolutely wonderful. Special shout out to the lady who has been an absolute rock for my aunt. The staff really go the extra mile to take care of all of my aunt's needs. We could not ask for more.
I strongly recommend Kare Plus Preston. The staff are friendly and compassionate with their clients. They take good care of my Aunty with their professional skills and are always very friendly and compassionate when they visit. She could not have been taken care of by better carers. Thank you Kare Plus for taking good care of my Aunty.

With over 35 years' experience, Lorna has grown up within the care sector, starting as a care worker and subsequently working at all levels before accepting the role of Operations Director.
She is passionate about the service and ensuring that the needs of every client are met and that the care delivered is of the highest quality possible.
I opened Kare Plus Preston after my severely autistic son was taken into full-time care in 2015. In the years leading up to this, when he lived at home, we came to rely increasingly on care support services and were helped by a series of carers.
We were lucky that most carers were terrific, but others had simply not been prepared for what to expect and really struggled. I think this was really the result of not being fully trained in the specific requirements that we had, and the agency seeing care as simply sending any person out to a job without checking if they were experienced and trained for the work. This was unfair on the carer who was put in a difficult position and of course, ourselves who didn't get the support we had paid for.
With Kare Plus Preston, my aim is to deliver services that fully support the needs of the customer. By understanding exactly what the needs are, the person required, and then following up to check on performance, we build trust with our customers and give feedback to the carers so they know they are doing a good job, and if necessary, how they can improve.
When all is said and done, it's me who is fully responsible for the operation of the office and for all my staff, and you can always call me directly to discuss any aspect of the service or the staff personally.
