Very pleasant staff. Always punctual and professional. They have a chat with mum and make her comfortable and at ease. They provided a very valuable service at a time in mum's care.
Kare Plus Preston team have been a great positive impact on both my mum and personally my life, they are a great care
team.

The care you gave our mum after her terminal diagnosis was excellent. She loved all the carers who came to look after her and dad in her final months. Your professionalism was exemplary and this helped mum who was a private and proud person become relaxed and reassured in your care. We cannot thank
you enough for helping us at this time.

I've used a few agencies which haven't been able to deal with my needs but found Kare Plus to be the best. Hurdles are no problem to this company. They have incorporated things like school runs, social activities for my daughter, as well as catering for my every need. I wouldn't be the independent person
I am today without this company. They've bent over backwards to help at every level. I've managed my own care plan incorporating social activities for myself such as swimming, shopping, visiting family, just day to day life skills also giving my carer their vital respite so everyone is happy.

I opened Kare Plus Preston after my severely autistic son was taken into full-time care in 2015. In the years leading up to this, when he lived at home, we came to rely increasingly on care support services and were helped by a series of carers.


We were lucky that most carers were terrific, but others had simply not been prepared for what to expect and really struggled. I think this was really the result of not being fully trained in the specific requirements that we had, and the agency seeing care as simply sending any person out to a job without checking if they were experienced and trained for the work. This was unfair on the carer who was put in a difficult position and of course, ourselves who didn't get the support we had paid for.


With Kare Plus Preston, my aim is to deliver services that fully support the needs of the customer. By understanding exactly what the needs are, the person required, and then following up to check on performance, we build trust with our customers and give feedback to the carers so they know they are doing a good job, and if necessary, how they can improve.


When all is said and done, it's me who is fully responsible for the operation of the office and for all my staff, and you can always call me directly to discuss any aspect of the service or the staff personally.
