View Full Details of Woodhall Care ServicesI have been with this agency for just under nine years and it used to be excellent, sadly as it grew larger management has become poor. Some of the staff being sent lack adequate English language skills, common sense, or both. They demanded a hoist that was used for less than two weeks created £2000 of loss to me. The pace of the shortened calls is incompatible with my M.E. and is leaving me depressed and exhausted. The office staff make me feel like a commodity. That also caused my calls to be with twice the staff and half the length. Multiple aspects of medication reminders, food preparation etc are failing to be reliable. They are now refusing to follow Doctor's orders. The hoist is gone but I have still had three months of this. The staff have been very mixed a small number are excellent but hindered by the second person and inadequate time. One dictatorial and unhelpful member of staff is being sent despite me refusing her. Other staff have English that's too basic.

All the staff are exceptionally caring and professional often beyond the call of duty. Polite and friendly too and the service is excellent from all the team. Met the carer often in the afternoon who cares for mum and who is exceptionally kind and caring attending to her daily needs. I would highly recommend this care company and its services.
