If you value your loved ones' health and safety, then do not use Kangaroo. We had no option as the council appointed them for mum. They have not been trained in basic food hygiene and safety. We've had horrendous problems with them and would thoroughly recommend you use anyone else other than
Kangaroo. There is no level of care here. We have made official complaints to the CQC and the council.

This is the first time we have needed healthcare for my elderly father. I am very impressed with the team especially the manager and the lovely senior care assistant who always go out of their way to help us at this difficult time. They always go the extra mile to take care of my dad and mum. Thank
