We have been very happy with the standard of service we are receiving 4 times a day over many months. The personnel have been happy, pleasant and caring carrying out my wife's needs in an economic professional manner. The only criticism I have with the service is that they are totally inconsistent
as to when they arrive to carry out the care service which can vary by hours. The inconsistency makes life difficult planning meal times and the many other health service visits. I do understand the will be varying need of other clients but a phone call to say they are running late/early would help.

My Nan needs the help of the Global carers and even though she shouted at them they all took it with a pinch of salt. As a family, we felt they took us all on and was just an amazing bunch of ladies.
When you go from seeing them four times a day for nearly 3 months you do get so used to them and
they feel like friends.
They do an amazing job in very difficult circumstances and we will miss seeing them but are so thankful for the help and support they offered my Nan.

The care workers who go into my father-in-law look after him very well.
Since you have started his care he looks very clean and well presented.
Care workers spend time making sure his surroundings are kept clean and tidy.

Carers are very pleasant and helpful at all times and punctual.

Great service, wonderful care. Could not have had better and nothing was too much trouble. They were always on time and my husband always looking forward to the daily visits. Can't praise them enough, he always called her his Florence Nightingale.

BestChoice Global were extremely kind and courteous. The staff are very friendly, professional and caring.
