I can't fully express how grateful I am for the outstanding care that J C Michaels provided to my nana.
Each and every person who cared for her treated her with immense respect, kindness, and compassion, and for that, I am deeply thankful.
In the final stages of her life, my nana became completely
dependent on others for everything. Knowing that the team took the time to ensure she was well-fed, comfortable, and given the care she truly needed brings me great comfort.
It's so clear when you meet a caregiver who is simply doing their job versus one who genuinely cares for their patients. The team at J C Michaels definitely goes above and beyond, and I will always be grateful for their dedication and compassion.

This company, for 3 years provided excellent care for my elderly mother. I was extremely grateful for the kindness, compassion and respect for her dignity that was shown.
We had no issue with any of the carers or office staff. They genuinely care for their clients.

J.C. Michael Groups provided home care support for my Mum from January 2025 till Mum's death in November. The care provided was first-class and very professional. Mum was treated at all times with kindness and respect.

Staff attended three times a day over an 18 month period. Always polite , well turned out and caring. Attentive to needs and if something was required it was brought to my attention promptly. The only issue I had was a couple of hot drinks consumed by a member of staff caused damage to an expensive
table.

We were very pleased with the domiciliary home care provided by J.C. Michael Groups. Everyone was very professional, timely and empathetic. We will definitely use them again. It takes time to adjust to new voices with hearing impairments, and the staff were very patient.

Our family is indebted to our mother's team of carers from J C Michaels, for their exemplary care over the past two years. Mum looked forward to their visits and, as a family, we could relax knowing her care was in safe hands. Management at J C Michaels were swift to respond to any concerns and

I was very impressed with all the carers who supported my Auntie, they all treated her with much care and dignity including office staff, I would fully recommend JC Michael Care to anyone who is thinking of having carers for their loved ones as my Auntie was very happy with their care.

My Uncle was very reluctant to have the extra support he required, due to his complex needs. JCM Care Group were fantastic at understanding this and approaching the situation sensitively. The small core number of consistent carers were great at being able to get to know him, and even if there were
newer carers, they were just as good.
Also, I had extensive experience interacting with all of the different staff for over 18 months. If there was an emergency, or technical issue or if food was required to be delivered, JCM were always quick and responsive on phone calls and emails with me. Also we had meetings with management and they and office staff were so welcoming and capable in dealing with certain challenges we faced. The carers and emergency call service team are just diamonds who must be recognised for their vital hard work and kindness. Thank you JCM.

A very caring staff and very good administration team who provided for my mothers needs with genuine warmth and professionalism at all times. An excellent follow up service by the administrative staff who monitored the care given by an always pleasant, considerate and communicative group of carers
who showed real compassion.

We were very lucky to have several wonderful carers from JCM to help my father in the last 15 months of his life. They were all so kind, compassionate and professional and made a difficult period of our lives much more bearable. I can't thank them enough. Angels!
The team at headquarters were
attentive and helpful and always on hand to deal with any situations that arose. I would definitely recommend JCM.

All the carers were very pleasant and wanted the best for their client. Some were able to build up a rapport and responded well during visits.
They were good with myself and did not object to me being present when they were with their client.
All in all it was as good as the experience could be.

The J C Michael carers could not have done more for my late mum. Something I am grateful for and will never forget. They were exceptional in every way, keeping her clean, fed and hydrated. I have no hesitation in recommending their brilliant carers.

The team from J C Michael Care provided an excellent service to my mother. With kindness, professionalism and friendly interaction my mother was very happy and cared for in the extra day to day help she needed living at home with various health limitations. Our family are very grateful for the
support over the years until my mother tragically passed away in February 2024. Thank you especially to two members of staff in particular who my mum rated highly for their attentiveness and skills.

The care my mother receives is superb, the carer is compassionate, patient and extremely diligent.
Without said care, I doubt if my mother could live at home. She is very happy with her carer and it's been wonderful that she has had the same carer throughout.

My mother has been using their services for over three years and the main carer is an absolute delight, professional and fully committed, qualified and dedicated. As a family, we can only give our thanks not only to the carer but her company that she works for.
