I was made aware of the Feelcare domiciliary Services from a personal recommendation from a neighbour. I already knew this service would be excellent. I would notice my neighbour with his carer walking around the complex where we live. When my husband started to require care I made contact and have
been delighted with the standard of care. Our carer is the epitome of excellence - kind, caring, good-humoured and professional.

We have found Freecare extremely professional and hands-on in dealing with our needs and concerns. Their choice of carer for our mother has been ideal and meets our needs and expectations entirely. Importantly the backup infrastructure works seamlessly and we have been delighted with our mother's
care. The carer makes delicious meals and the level of support and hygiene has been exemplary. Well done!

I am very happy with the carers and the services provided by Feelcare. They settled in right away and they knew what to do. I am very delighted with the services they provide and I don’t think I could get better attention anywhere else.

Feelcare Domiciliary Services agency offers a professional service at all times. Their accounting is very good and their communication also.

I rate them 10/10 as they are madly great on almost everything. They keep me well and supported at all times. They communicate with me, my family and health professionals really well and they are good in record keeping. In times of change, they are adaptive to any kind of situation.

We have used Feelcare for nearly two years to cover for our permanent live-in carer at weekends and during periods of leave. This type of cover is not always easy to provide, but the agency has been helpful, professional, and flexible and will always do everything it can to ensure continuity of care
and that my mother is happy and comfortable with her carers. The carers have been generally been very good - friendly, caring, and competent. The managers visit regularly to re-assess my mother's needs and check that all is well and are always available and responsive if there is a problem. Many thanks.

For the past five months, Feelcare Domiciliary Services have provided excellent live in care for my 98-year-old father. When a carer had to return home at very short notice due to the death of her mother, the agency were able to find a very good replacement the following day. Guaranteeing continuity
of care. All of our interactions with the agency have been positive. They have personally driven the carers to my father's home and set up a monitoring system for nighttime. They have all treated my father with dignity and respect and have also assessed his needs.

Feelcare were fantastic in the way they went about establishing what care my mother required. They took the time to come home, have a detailed chat and really understand our requirements. The carer they suggested was perfect. They were always professional, caring and considerate. I cannot rate them
highly enough.

A first class care service that has regularly gone far beyond what one would expect. Professional and caring, they have made a huge difference to my father's care and wellbeing. I could not expect better service.

Feelcare Domiciliary Services undertook a thorough review of both the premises and the care plan when my son moved recently. The support workers were trained in how to provide support towards independent living. They also took part in shadow shifts so that the support provided was individually
tailored to my son’s needs. The management has listened carefully when any concerns have been raised and has reacted swiftly to support worker issues. All of the staff employed by this agency have been excellent time keepers, always arriving in time for their shifts. The support workers have followed instructions carefully and are not afraid to ask about anything that they do not understand.

I liked the "hands-on" style of management.
Managers and carers were warm and friendly as well as efficient. A lot of effort went into keeping continuity in the team with a minimum of introducing new carers in to fill short-term gaps.
Most of the carers we had were able to make a genuine
relationship with the client which elicited a positive response from him.
I thought the distinction in fees for waking nights and sleeping nights was an improvement in policy of the previous agency.
