I would thoroughly recommend Helping Hands. From start to finish they have been fabulous in helping us to care for our mum at home. The office staff are friendly and always accommodating when we needed to alter visits or change the care package. The initial assessment fully considered our mum's
personality, likes and needs and this enabled a good match of carer. The carer was patient with mum and adapted to her needs and was always very caring. Mum considered her to be a friend after a while!
Helping hands have helped us through a difficult period with our mum and for this I am very grateful.

Care cover for my husband while I was on holiday. Twice daily, 30-minute visits to check he was coping with his diabetes and Parkinson's medication. They also cleaned the kitchen during their visits. All staff were friendly and my husband was grateful for them popping in. As was our labrador.
Management was very professional, and thorough in their assessment of our needs and explained everything well.
We would certainly use them in future if we need more help on a regular basis.

I couldn't speak more highly of the service my Mam receives from Helping Hands Home Care - nothing is too much for her carers, especially one. The girls in the office check in regularly and are so responsive in making any changes needed. I would recommend Helping Hands Home Care (Newcastle) to
anyone.

Very friendly and attentive staff, very good at their jobs and will do all they can to accommodate last minute call requests. Would recommend to anyone.

First-rate service nothing is too much trouble. Staff have been lovely and have a great personality. The company has been a massive help to me I have been able to continue going to work without worrying about my husband as I know he is safe.

Helping Hands is an extremely professional, caring provider.
The staff are polite, well trained, punctual and most importantly, have the welfare of their clients at the forefront of their minds at all times.
My mother is very happy and feels safe and secure with all staff members.
They go above
and beyond to make sure her needs are met at every visit.
