I was ill and admitted in hospital and the provide support and help to my daughter. Homeease provided right kind of support and help. Homeease started in March 2023 and up till now when they started it was 20 hours care for my daughter. Since September 2026 the care package is change into 40 hours.

Carer and support worker are regular and punctual. They are professionals and have good experiences. They perform beyond the expectations. They provide exemption service and give the medication with dedication.

Homease have lovely friendly staff who have the relevant training for my daughter's needs. The staff turn up on time and follow directions well. I have good communication with the co-ordinator and she tries very hard to give my daughter the hours she needs on the days and times requested. It
is lovely to have a small group of staff members so that we get to know them and my daughter feels comfortable with them.
