We have been using this care provider for our elderly mother for nine months now. The manager is very empathetic and does everything possible to help in your situation. He also keeps you informed as necessary. We have had 3 carers since then but need to congratulate the manager. She is always
punctual and extremely caring. She has such a good manner with my mother and works very well with the family. My mother has improved and is so much more confident since the manager has been caring for her and we are extremely pleased with the care she gives. She goes over and above and nothing is too much.
